Save your last 2 Coravin capsules when empty so you have a cap to use & a spare. No leaks or problems for me. Must mention that I love my Coravin & have bought 2 as gifts however their proprietary gas capsules are too expensive. If they met the price of these I'd purchase them again however I don't see that happening. You have to unglue the proprietary top of the Coravin argon (soaking overnight in acetone will dissolve the glue). Once you have that black plastic top, you can modify PEK cartridges to work with the Coravin. A tiny bit of superglue will keep the top in place. A bit of fabric at the bottom of the container helps, too. **Q: Is this compatible with the Coravin System ?** A: Not consistently. It seemed like it was keeping it fresh, so I wanted to see if there was a difference with the use of this product. And there was! After we received this we followed the directions and left a bottle for about a day and a half. When we re-opened the bottle it was just as fresh tasting as the first day we opened it. No hint of lost flavor, and no hint of turning. It just works, and it's very easy to use.
