My Review after 1 month of usage
I brought this product on Feb-3-2019 and connected with iphone device. Below is overall review.1. Sound quality is good2. Charging time is 2-3 hours3. If u connect both devices at a time there is sync issues4. When both buds connected at a time to device, For right ear bud getting issue and there is Sound breaks while listing songs5. During a phone call, voice heard by other party will be very low.. so these buds are waste to use for calls6. While playing PUBG game, 2-3 seconds of delay in soundHope this reviews helps.

Branding fraud
ptron and these have the same earbud structure. Also when I was walking one of the earbuds fell down and was cut half into two. Nevertheless, I rejoined them but the main point is that it must not have happened in first place.

Bad item sent from the supplier
Product service and sending the product is not in healthy mode. Mainly it's not working properly and charging case also scratches and I suspect it's used one and not pairing both, it means some technical issues are with this item. Kundly avoid such kind of quality purchasing from the promoters sir. It's only my suggestion. Rest is ur choice.

Package was good and sound quality is quite good but the problem is with the battery it's third class doesn't last long have to recharge within short period of usage

Bought Scatchfab received Ptron - warranty problem!
After 3 months it doesn't work anymore. I bought Sketchfab but received Ptron earbuds, and the box was not sealed. Now I am having problems to claim the warranty because it comes from a company I didn't buy and I haven't noticed that until now. Hope to have a solution Soon.

Designe, Comfort and Sound is good but one earpiece disconnects every now and then and specially while jogging or running.So I can use it indoor only

It's not good as shown in description.
Both buds can't pair at a time with same phone. And battery of charging case doesn't last long .

NOT satisfied with the product
Product is fine,sound quality is not at that par,the major drawback is the battery backup and not user manual available with it.
