NabiWaterproof Skinny Liquid Eyeliner Pen, Black, 0.07 oz / 2.0g

I've used Nabi products before and I bought 2 of these liquid eyeliners... they are NOT liquid. They are very dry as if they are 10 years old. Very disappointing. Can't even draw a line on my hand to get them working. I tried storing them with the tip down to get some liquid ther and still nothing.
