Hands Free Door Opener (Black-1 Piece)

The description of this product, as well as the ease of installation, is absolutely accurate. The hardest part is training people to use the 'em, but at least it's amusing to watch. I installed these on 2 metal doors, and they went in just fine. The bolt they sent for the center hole was perfect. The screws they sent for the left and right holes left a bit to be desired - drill the holes for these a tad smaller than what the instructions call for to get a tight fit. Had they sent two pan-head self-tapping screws, then it'd have been perfect, but they sent coarse-thread wood screws (or at least that's what they look like to me). Live and learn. As it stands, one screw on each door was far too easy to overtighten (and I didn't even use the drill), so they spin and spin and spin. If they fail, then I'll just go with a self-tapper and call it good. The "steps" themselves are quite sturdy. Do note that you'll need to install a backing plate on the wall if you door opens "in" and only 90 degrees.

I put these on our work bathroom doors. They work great so far and are nice a grippy to open the door. We used the 3 threaded bolts because I didn't have the correct drillbits or locite for the barrel bolt. If we get those ordered, I'll switch out the center bolt, but it's been going for about a month including a big event last week and still great!

I manage a restaurant and this tool is great for staff to open it when hands are dull. I didn't install it, but I was told it was an easy install.

This is a very sturdy and useful product if you have doors that open in. Offers hands-free entrance or exit and works great in our company restrooms offering extra assurance to our guests.

We didn’t put this on a door… we installed it on our kitchen trash drawer. Sometimes your hands are nasty/clean and you don’t want to grab a trash handle… that’s where this comes in. Works great and is made in the USA!!!

Slightly difficult to install, took me about 30 minutes. Once I got it installed it works well and is sturdy. Directions aren’t great.
