what is "no spin throwing?"

It is when you throw the blade without a spin, how you accomplish it, is that you need to put you index finger down the length of the side. not on the flat part but the other side, then when you throw it over hand your finger will stop it from spinning so it will just “slide” out of your hand. When you throw it under hand you don’t need the finger because the backspin counteracts the forward motion of your arm when throwing it.
