This is the roast used in all espresso drinks at Caffé Umbria coffee bars. Perfect for making espresso at home, which I do daily. Also excellent for French press.

I am not sure - I just know I fell in love with the Umbria Coffee when visiting Portland last summer and I have ordered the coffee to be delivered to me in Virginia. The beans seem very fresh and I love that the coffee is not bitter!
