They are just like socks with a little silicon inside heel.. rather than relieving pain they cause pain due to blockage in blood circulation ..

Nice product with soft heel pad inside
Soft and comfortable material. Picture shows blue color but I got green one. Wish it was darker in color. No worry of tearing lik the silicon one. Not sure of the durability of the padding inside.
