These have been amazing for me after my gallbladder surgery! I love that it comes with two ice/hot packs and not just one. Im able to get ice relief quickly since I can alternate having one to use and one in the freezer. There isnt much weight to the ice packs. The icepacks have pretty decent flexibility. I love that the pouch they go into has a soft full coverage side to keep your skin protected or a slightly thinner jersey material. The size is about perfect for my incisions I dodnt actually measure them but about the width of a dinner plate. The quality of the icepacks themselves is great they are made of a very sturdy yet flexible material. My only gripe is I wish the belt was made for plus size although I do like the belt option would have been perfect to keep my ice pack in place while getting around.

I have used these ice packs and they work great. The ice pack is pliable so easy to use on different areas. The wrap makes it easy to secure the pack around your knee, elbow, low back, etc.

These freeze quickly and stay cold longer than the ones in the hospital. I haven't used them for warm. Excellent buy and quality. I'm using these after a complete hip replacement. They have kept the swelling down tremendously. I would purchase again if needed.

I picked up this set of Medvice reusable hot and cold packs to help with soreness and minor injuries after workouts and sports, and they’ve been a great addition to my recovery routine. They’re flexible enough to wrap around knees, shoulders, or wherever you need them, and the adjustable straps make it easy to keep them in place. They heat up or chill down quickly and stay at temperature long enough to get good relief. I’m giving them 4 stars because while they do the job well, the straps could be just a little more supportive for holding everything snug when you’re moving around. Still, for the price and versatility, these are a very solid buy for anyone who works out or plays sports. The size and weight are appropriate for using these too!

Great product. Heat pack works very well for post knee surgery. Ice pack also works well as it is easy to pack in suitcase for travel Would buy again. Heat pack stays hot for 15 -20 minutes.

purchased this to help me recover from a c section, i really liked how easy it is to use. it comes with 2 so you can have one in the freezer waiting for when you need to switch them out. i liked the velcro band it came with. it felt like i got more support from that, it was not itchy, and it was comfortable. i’m happy with the purchase!

EXCELLENT to wrap around your head if you have a migraine; the band of velcro is almost the same width as the pocket and has a lot of adjustment range, so the whole thing stays in place wherever you decide its comfortable. The cold packs stay very cold for a long time, and since two per pack, just swap out as needed.

I ordered this first in 2023 for my lower. Worked great for quite a while. Somehow one of the two packs got a hole in it and lost most the gel. Not all was gone so I kept using it. It was the one I used most and heated in the microwave. It was a good product though so I just ordered the same brand again. I filled out the warranty so will see how it lasts. It’s comfortable and wraps are puns too my lower back. I actually used it daily!
