These are Amazing for Snorkeling!
I love these fins!! As an adult I don’t grow out of mine, however, I keep having to purchase different sizes as my son grows. Nevertheless,, these are my go to long fins and we carry them on trips where we know we’re going to snorkel. I have bought him all sorts of kits that include these plastic and also short fins, but they just do not work as well as this brand. These just are the quintessential snorkel fin that you need while staying afloat. I became exposed to them while at my gym when I was first doing swim lessons. So ever since then I have invested in these for both my son and I. I usually put them on with a water sock to prevent blisters. I like that these you do not have to ratchet them down to size and have your toes sticking out. So as long as he keeps growing, I will keep buying these because these are amazing.

Good fit, very durable
The basics:Update, they finally had a split in the corner of where your foot goes in, after 3yrs, 3 months, not bad for an item used almost every day in heavily chlorinated water. I just ordered a new pair, I love them.Update: months later they have stretched enough to feel more comfortable, seem to shape to my feet. If yours feel somewhat snug at first just hang in there.•good fit•seem very durable•easy to useEditorial:I’m a size 11, bought the x-large (red and black) My foot is fairly wide, high instep so they are a bit snug in the toes, I’d prefer that than too big and sloppy. I wear a pair of very thin no-show socks to reduce friction. I’d bought fancy water socks and they made it very hard to get the fins on, save your money, buy no-show socks. The fins don’t have a left and right so I put an R on one that I’ll always wear on my right foot so as they stretch they’ll hopefully be more fitted to each foot.I’ve never used fins, I thought they’d be awkward and hard to get used to, not so! I love swimming with these on.

Run a.little small
Seems they run a.little smaller. I could fit my size 14? Or 14.5 feet.

Great fins! Except...
I purchased these fins in size xxxs(9-11 green fins) and also size xxs(11-1 Orange fins) for my 5 1/2 year old daughter. She is just getting into size 11 in girls tennis shoes so I was a bit unsure which pair would fit better. The green fins fit my daughter much better and so I would say to other buyers that these fins run a little large, you want the fins to be snug enough to stay on their feet while swimming) not a big deal though because eventually my daughter will get into the orange pair. She just started on the swim team and long rubber fins are a requirement for the swimmers (it helps train them to get proper kicking down and keeps up there speed so the young swimmers can keep up with the older ones.) All of the kids on my daughters swim team use this brand fins and these are the ones the coach recommends they are durable and good quality the long fins work better as well. I do have one concern with my order and that is that the Orange pair seem to have some cosmetic imperfections as pictured. Not really happy about this since this should have been easy to catch upon a basic inspection of the product. Also, amazons shipping has gone way downhill, I bought these through Amazon prime, sold by Amazon and it arrived in 6 days! What happened to 2 day free shipping for prime members? My last comment is about the pricing, I know all Amazon prices are constantly fluctuating but I think it's sort of silly that I had to pay about $1 more for the smaller size than the bigger one.

Great fins for swimming
I swim/snorkel everyday in the ocean on Maui. These fins feel like an extension of my feet. The footbed is soft and the fin blades are supple. They do not provide a lot of thrust, so I wouldn’t use in strong current, but they are great for swimming in bays.

Tight fit.
My foot is a size 9 1/2, so I ordered the 10-11 size because my foot is a little wide. This are extremely tight. Yes, a size 10 or 11 would fit but you would need a very narrow foot. This is my second order of fins. I'm tired of ordering and exchanging. I'm just going to stick with these but I'm somewhat disappointed.
