Worked like a charm!
One by one our work telephones have been going dead. Callers can hear us, but we cannot hear them! Not good for business. We are not ready to get a whole new system so I found these handsets on Amazon and thought I would give them a try. They worked great. No more dead calls. Very inexpensive remedy to our problem.

All our callers cannot hear us!
The phone connects and the receiver is fine, but everyone that has called has stated that they are unable to hear, or that we sound “distant”. I have swapped cords and modules, and the only constant is the handset/ microphone.
