I tried turning the hose flow way down, also tried adjusting the brass screw to slow down the water flow which did not work. Also I noticed the brass part where the water shoots out from had a defect, looked like a chip on the side which I was a little annoyed at this but it did not seem to have any affect on the function of the fountain. I had waited a long time to get a dog fountain hoping they had improved on the product after reading some of the reviews, all I can say is I was disappointed and my two water loving goof balls did not approve either. ### ⭐ Not the best. *by L***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2016* The hose blew a hole in it when the water was barely on. I couldn't seem to find a way to turn down the height of the spray, either. It was a huge fountain no matter what. Either way this is completely useless with a pressure hole (and I mean a gash not some small leak). Nothing like the picture on the front, or in the video. My dog LOVES playing in the water, but this sprinkler doesn't appeal to her at all. She steps on it and it gets her in the face with a powerful fire hose blast. She only did it a couple of times and then would never get close to it again. Within a couple of hours she had chewed right through the hose.
