Very good - I add to soups and all my sauces , just so difficult to buy anywhere else it seems. Lovely flavour, I did taste a tiny bit of salt though, cannot seem to get away from that whatever the claim it seems. Very useful in all kinds of ways. Use as an add-on bit of flavour or a whole =total mushroom soup floavour. Lovely and easy for a quick soup. I just add those Cooks Ingredients wild or speciality flovoured dried mushrooms(or fresh mushrooms), and hey-presto when reconstituted and mixed with this... a very quick soup. Then a bit of coconut milk powder to make a creamy feeling and look to any soup.

Excellent, gives a nice additional flavour to soups and casseroles.
