These are very lightweight and make cooling cookies so much easier. They are easy to assemble and you can stack them as well which is even better. It comes with 2 racks in the pack and I bought 2 of them. I was still able to stack all 4 at the same time. They are good quality (stainless steel) and they fit right in my cabinet.

They are good quality, but they do not fit properly in a quarter sheet pan. They are a little too big. If you want them to fit evenly in a quarter sheet, these are not the ones for you, but they still do work in the pan, just sits crooked.

Best kitchen investment. Incredibly afforadable and versatile. We use this with the 1/2 pan stainless steel baking sheet. It fits inside perfectly. Itʻs great to use with oven baked bacon and other items that you want to drain while it cooks. These racks can also double as a cooling rack, and the criss cross pattern keeps the cookies from falling through.

Used for cooking my Prime rib for the Holidays. Used for Wings. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe.

I use these every single day. I set them on the counter to thaw out food for dinner. It allows a little extra air to flow under it to speed up the thaw. I have one that sits next to my sink to set the rinsed out recycle items to drain before tossing in the recycle bin. I also give these as little gifts. They are worth every dollar. A Sturdy, easy to clean and always looks new.

The perfect size for a small roast pan. It does not stain and fits the pan perfectly. It is the right thickness for a roast. I cook all the time and this is a nice addition to my kitchen. You can use this also for a small batch of cookies, as a trivet for the counter top when taking out a hot pan from the oven and it stores easily in the cabinet.

I specifically bought these because they were advertised as 'Food Grade Stainless Steel' and 'Dishwasher Safe'. Quite simply, they rust, therefore they are either plated or are a very low grade stainless steel. Either way, I cannot endorse these and recommend you look elsewhere if you truly are looking for stainless steel and dishwasher safe.

Despite what it says on listing and packaging, these are not stainless steel. They started to rust after one use. Don't buy these.

Order came in much sooner than I had anticipated, which was cool. I use the cooling racks not just for cooling foods but also for cooking burgers or making beef jerky in the oven. They work great and are made of sturdier material, definitely more robust han some if the racks I've used in the past. I recommend this product.
