I am a self-confessed tea nut, with a dedicated tea cupboard which must contain about 80 different kinds of teas, black teas, green teas, white teas, herb teas, spice teas, fruit and flower, and so it goes on and on. Probably everything except 'builders'I love the whole paraphernalia of tea drinking, and definitely think that bags, even if not plastic and adding to landfill, are disrespectful of any fine teas or tisanes.My dedicated tea cupboards groans and swells as more teas are added - and my collection of tea making pots, cups, mugs, strainers, etc also groans and swells. Friends buy tea nuts tea type presents!But I bought these for myself. And very fine they are too. The mesh is very fine, as it needs to be for something like rooiboos. The silicone 'ears' mean this will sit nicely on most mugs - even the huge double walled borosilicate glass mug I have, which is far too wide for most of these kind of strainers, works well. Probably a bit wide/deep for a dainty cup rather than a mug - though, to be honest, cups seem to ask for teapots and refills!I'm a bit less sure about the teaspoon with clip. Where is that supposed to be clipping into - a very very deep tea caddy? Its measurement, also is very much larger than the 'perfect teaspoon' in my kit from a wonderful company called Ten Teas who do tea subscription boxes.

This product is AMAZING!!! I love drinking loose leaf tea, but one of its many challenges is finding a strainer for extra fine tea leaves which do not end up in a pile at the bottom of your tea cup; so naturally I was a little uncertain this product would work... But it does! For this particular brew I used Rooibos Tea which leaves are very small (see pic. 1) and yes there were teeny tiny remnants of leaves in the bottom of my cup (see pic 10); but compared to other strainers I have used in the past this was nothing! I use them all the time while at work and it is so easy to clean. All the silicone is removable which enables you to clean more thoroughly if you wish. Great product and value for your money!!

Ordered this product 2 days ago and it arrived this morning, so fast purchase and delivery from this Company. Two very good quality tea infusers and a silver scoop spoon (which also has a crocodile style clip built in) for sealing any open loose tea bags together to keep them fresh.So far.......my first cup of Vanilla Honeybush tea has tasted GREAT.....these infusers are so much better than my old infuser I have. No loose tea lost in my cup, and it brews really quickly with the lid placed on top. Adding 2 full scoops of my chosen tea to the infuser is more than enough to get a really good quality taste and drink.Would definitely recommend and so happy with my purchase.

I question whether the mesh spacing is optimal as the ouflow rate is rather low. In other words you have to pour water slowly or else you may end up accidentally overfilling your mug. I also end up removing the silicone elements when washing as they may trap fluid (and germs), but fortunately they're ready to remove and replace.

We bought these as we have moved completely back to loose tea. No microfibres to go into landfill. We normally use a teapot with a similar filter. They are easy to empty and clean.Bought these individual cup filters so we could have that special afternoon cuppa of specialty tea of individual taste. Just one cup for me and one cup of his favourite for him.The filters sit well in a mug, empties and washes easily. With the lid there is no lose of heat while brewing and the lid turns over so you can place the filter on it avoiding mess and drips.

I'm really impressed with these infusers. They are deep enough so that tea leaves have plenty of room to brew, the silicon handles sit on the rim of all my mugs. Huge mugs they won't but that's a big ask. They wash well and the lids that keep the heat in while brewing are neat and are good stands to put the infuser in once you're ready to drink your brew, so no mess or drips. Have no complaints whatsoever.

Brilliant idea and easy to use. Empty into food compost bin and rinse under running water.

I've had a these a couple of weeks now, they have stood up nicely to use and being put in the dishwasher. They don't let any of the tea leaves through but let enough water through to make a nice brew.Only bit I can pick up on is the sides are only held together by a few spot welds but there is a decent amount of overlap.
