This phone is great for working from home ! It cancels out back ground noise , you can hear the caller very well , it allows you to place on hold with a standard noise when putting people on hold ! The only thing it is lacking is speaker phone it does not have anyway to place it on speaker phone but that’s really the only down side to this phone. It give you alit off cord so you don’t have to worry about how far you are away from the phone box itself. It allows you to use your phone line as a multiple phone line phone so you can place on hold and transfer work with both your hands and you can hear the customer and they can hear you ! It’s a great phone !

The stand for the headphones won't snap in place at the bottom. Headphone is not adjustable.

Worked for one day and now it does not turn on, will be returning this item. i should have check the reviews but there is none. does not work with spectrum voice service
