Our Hayabusa T3LX shinguards are designed in North America but are manufactured at our factory in Taiwan.

How do i determine if i should get the m or the l size?

My best advice is to compare the measurements of you shin and compare that to the measurement of the shinguards.

I bought the wrong size by accident how do I replace Large for Medium?

I think you would have to contact the seller. Or go into your orders in your Amazon account and return the large and then buy the medium in another transaction.
