For that purpose, they seem to work well. They’re a good size, and easy to open/close while still being secure. Two small annoying things: 1) the bowl has a bit of a rim/lip, which when placed upside down in the dishwasher, will collect water in the rim. I just hand wash them now so it isn’t a huge deal. But if you are counting on using the dishwasher, it is something to be aware of. 2) I can’t dock the product for this because the picture posted is clear, but the color of the lids don’t match the color of the bowls.
