UPDATE: The seller contacted me about the problem and was very quick in helping resolve the issue. I have changed my rating because it was a delightful gift to give to someone who really enjoys jerky, and now that I know how serious the seller is about customer satisfaction, I will definitely look to see what other products they offer for future gifts. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It was disappointing to open the box and see an empty slot. The nine jerky bars we did get were delicious, and the overall experience of being able to gift the heart was a lot of fun. It was quite the surprise for my fiancé to open it and see jerky inside the heart. So it was a delightful gift, but I had justified the price to myself with the expectations that the box would actually have all 10 flavors (making it about $4 per flavor). It felt less worth the money when I saw that one was missing. It's something that I'm happy I bought once for the gifting value, but I definitely won't buy it again--especially at this price point and knowing I'm not the only customer who was missing one of the jerky bars.

He's a jerky fan, so I automatically remembered the ad I saw for these. It's great soft flavorful quality jerky. However I was disappointed in the amount of jerky I get for the price. They are as small as displayed, and a single piece of jerky is in each package. Good for one time, probably won't order again.

This was a great idea for a valentines gift for my husband. He loved all the flavors. You can tell it is a high quality meat. I just wish that either the price was a little lower or the meat peices were a little bigger. You basically got one bite of each flavor. Other than that he was very happy with his gift.

This may have been the best edible gift I have ever bought. My boyfriend absolutely loved each and every single piece of jerky. He described it as "juicy and the flavor was mouth exploding". Mouth exploding in the sense that the flavor was well maintained in the airtight individual package for each piece. I wish the pieces were a bit bigger, but it was definitely a great buy for how much he enjoyed it! I would definitely purchase this product again and shop through this vendor to see what else they offer.

I’m really disappointed this year. I purchased this Valentine’s heart for my husband a few years ago and absolutely loved it. At that time, it was filled with high-quality cuts of beef jerky, and each piece was individually packaged. It felt substantial, premium, and worth the price. Unfortunately, what I received this time was completely different. Instead of generous cuts of jerky, the heart was filled with very small beef sticks — tiny pieces that made the box feel mostly empty. In the photos, you can see just how small the pieces are, and that the box used to accommodate the more substantial square pieces of beef jerky. For the same price, the overall quantity and quality have clearly gone down. It feels like the product has been cheapened while keeping the price the same. I understand that costs rise, but this felt like a noticeable downgrade from what used to be a special, high-quality gift. I’m disappointed because I purchased it again based on my previous positive experience. Sadly, I won’t be buying it again.

Wonderful idea and I loved it except the packets of jerky are very small. Each piece of jerky is about 1 inch long. I’m going to remove the insert from the heart shaped box and fill it with jerky from a local market. I won’t buy it again. I feel the quantity is worth $10.

This is a great idea & concept and I am happy I found it. Perfect Valentine gift for my man! The heart came creased & ripped in 2 spots & in their product box, so there is no way it happened during shipping. Other than that I am happy about my purchase.
