Definitely an upgrade to the stock Audio-Technica ATH-M50xBT2 Headphones
Mostly everything I read about the ATH-MX50x style headphones before purchasing them mentioned the ear pads were not very comfortable, especially for eyeglass wearers. After receiving the headphones, I must agree. They stock ear pads aren't really awful, but they certainly weren't great. I switched to my other, thinner and flatter glasses and that did help, but overall, I wasn't real happy with the comfort factor.Other than the ear pads, I really love the headphones. So I decided to research replacement, "after market" ear pads. Turns out there's a bunch of them! It also turns out that many, if not most, will change the audio characteristics of the headphones. I purchased these headphones for the audio characteristics, so I didn't really want to change it much. This pair of replacement ear pads seemed to be the best overall for increasing the comfort factor, without altering the actual sound. I listened to a song with the original ear pads, then after some initial fumbling around installing the replacements, I listened to the same song at the same volume level. I could not discern any difference in the sound. However, to be clear, my 63 year old ears have endured many years of loud music, so take my conclusion with a grain of salt.As I mentioned, I fumbled around a bit fitting the new ear pads to the headphones, but it's really not difficult after you play with it a minute or two. The ProStock Hybrid fits like they were made for the M50x headphones, and they were! The fit perfectly and I am enjoying the soft, fuzzy part that touches the head. I can now wear any of my glasses without any discomfort. When putting them on my head for the first time, I immediately could tell a big difference in the comfort level. It really is a considerable difference, especially factoring in the eyeglasses.Everything in life is a compromise. The Audio-Technica ATH-M50xBT2 Wireless Over-Ear Headphones were a compromise... they aren't the best studio headphones nor the best casual listening headphones, but they might very well be the best at doing both very well. These replacement ear pads may not be the thickest, most luxurious and comfortable ear pads, but they make a vast improvement over the stock ear pads without altering the sound much, if at all.Now I feel like I have the perfect set of headphones! The only negative with these earpads is they are probably about $5 too expensive, but I'm thinking it's worth it.

Stock ATH M50X rubbed me the wrong way--this is the fix
Brainwavz Sheepskin ProStock ATH M50X Upgraded Earpads...The stock ATH M50X earpads didn't have enough depth so the mechanicals pressed against my ears. These pads give me an extra millimeter or two that makes all the difference. Ears barely touch but no pain. The pads are deeper at the edges than the interior "hole." I have to wiggle them a bit to find the the right position but then the phones are comfortable for a few hours. These are very nice real leather like you'd see in the 1980's. Soft enough so you can wear eyeglasses.FWIW, I've worn the Bose QC15, QC25, and QC45 models in NC mode for 20-hour coding marathons and they just disappear because they're much lighter.I only used the stock pads for two weeks before switching to these so I can't say I notice any sound changes.Essential upgrade.

Comfortable 👍🏻
These are definitely very comfortable. I’ve tried them on several of my audio technica headphones. They do slightly change the sound a bit more noticeable on some than others. Out of all my headphones they wok best on the ath-m20x. They actually improve sound quality a little on those. The m50x I thought sounded worse, a little more sharp on the highs and the m30xs it took a little of the mids away, which I didn’t like. I definitely recommend for m20x’s though.👍🏻

nuisance to install
Very comfortable earmuffs. Tricky to install. Previous originals and replacements lasted me about three years before edges started flaking. I keep replacing them because I love the headphones.

Better fit than OE
Personally, I feel these fit me better than the cushions that came with the M50Xs. Also, my ears feel less stuffy with prolonged use. Look better too!

Works Great With Monoprice Monolith M570!
This review is with regards to using them with the Monoprice Monolith M570, most of this information will be useless if you are not purchasing these pads for those cans. They have a bit of trouble fitting over the assembly surrounding the drivers, but they do fit, and they are easy to slip on and off after the first time. I recommend very carefully stretching out the PU-leather before attempting to fit them over. I had one stitch come out, as I was a little rough when stretching them, I believe this wouldn't happen if I had done it in a warm environment. This did not affect the resulting fitment in any way, they are taut and snug, with no fear of popping off at this time. The clamp force was one of the only things about these cans I detest, as they will fall off your head if you shake your head or bend down (I bend down to pet my cats frequently, and have to take them off or hold them with one hand.) These pads alleviate this problem fairly well, the foam that comes default is the same kind a cheap mattress topper would be made out of, where the foam on these aftermarket pads feels like a midrange memory foam topper's quality. I would highly recommend any new M570 owners purchase these pads to give them a whirl, I honestly believe that this is the biggest upgrade I've ever done to a pair of headphones themselves, and probably the largest upgrade as far as cost-to-performance ratio I've made, short of my half-stack DAC/AMP combo by Schiit. So these are not perfect by any means for these cans, I feel like they would be better (for me) if they were a bit thicker, and the velour earpads attract cat hair like crazy, I recommend having a lint roller at the ready. I would definitely pay twice what I did for a double-thickness earpad by Brainwavz, I own many of their products and very much appreciate having them to trust when I'm looking to replace old, worn-out pads. Overall I would say the sound signature very slightly shifted downward, with the high, and mid-highs being darkened perceptibly. This is not a bad thing in my opinion, as the focus of the tuning on these cans is a bit bright on the high end, where snares can be very fatiguing after a long session (5+ hours) of listening. Many individuals I've seen set up an EQ attempted to darken them in much the same way I believe these pads did.TL;DR Wonderful pads, highly recommended at the extremely affordable price point, easily the best, and easiest way to tinker with the tuning of your headphones. Be ready to spend ~20 minutes putting them on for the first time, as you need to very gently stretch them to get them to fit. Once they are on, you will notice that the response curve has flattened slightly on the mid-high and high-end, bringing them much more in line with Monitors. Totally worth the cost, even if you decide that they aren't exactly what you're looking for, they will make an incredible back-up pair for your favorite cans, as they can be fit on a plethora of different headphones.

Sonido espantoso

Great alternative for the originals that are BREATHABLE!!
I bought the cloth ones a few years ago and it was terrible! With these perforated ones though, the sounds quality is still there but it's a bit more breathable which is perfect! The filling is some memory foam material which is a lot better for isolation. Some reviews mention you don't get as good isolation. You should expect this if there are holes for air...

As advertised
Perfect upgrade to the stock pads if yours has worn down, they are more comfortable without much if any sound changes from stock pads. They were easy to install for a first timer without much effort Ath-m50x retained their sound profile as I known them with the stock pads with added comfort.

Ear-Cusions 😻☁️
The media could not be loaded. TL;DR: Literal Ear-Cusions, superb comfort. Lint magnets. Headphones take up a bit more space now and are harder to collapse. Soundstage is increased and Bass is more refined. Need slightly more volume, just a bit but not very notable. Great price. Reccomened 👍Now onto the rambling 😃I bought a used Audio Technica M50X off of Facebook Marketplace for a very good deal and, as expected, the pads and headband where shot. So I ordered these pads and a headband cover. These are excellent Earpads and fit perfectly on the Audio Technica M50X, I would assume would fit well on the rest of the ATH M- series (and Regular M50) besides M60X and M70X, but not sure how it would affect sound on those. Stage seems wider and treble is a little less sharp. This is coming from ruined stock pads keep in mind. Yes they attract a lot of lint and stuff but that is because of the Velour, tis a trade off but one I would gladly take ANY day. Powering off of RAP5 as Amp powered by Warp Core Lite with Shanling UA2 as my Dac, comfortable headband cover, new better looking cable, and these splendid pads the M50X has been perfected for me. ProStock pads are soooooo comfy, and I think they look nice. The M50X looks more Cool and Refined with these Earpads. One thing to note is that I cannot fully collapse my M50X with ease and they take up a bit more space now, but I expected that.11/10Good track record with Brainwaves. I ordered the Sheepskin XL for my Modern Monoprice Retro and it made the soundstage wider, Bass a bit more refined, and heaps more comfortable. I got them for a really good price on Brainwaves site, but it took ages to get here, and that's coming from someone used to Aliexpress shipping... Like... Half a year I think? If I can find out when I got them I will update what I said. Anyways, very short wait time with ProStock Hybrid off of Amazon.ca with Prime.Thank you for delivering quality products at good prices Brainwaves! My ears have been blessed with these Ear Cushions 😊

Cómodos
Están caros y por el precio uno espera algo más, pero valen mucho la pena, son muy cómodos y no afectan el sonido.
