Really needs some instructional material
I just got my brace yesterday and wore it for about half an hour, so that's where I'm coming from with this review. My family have noticed my poor posture lately and have been commenting on it, so I've ordered a new chair for my home office, a lumbar support cushion for my chair at work, and this thing for when I'm not at either. I've got a large torso and wide shoulders, so I wasn't sure how long the straps should be; eventually I decided to put them on with only slightly lengthened straps from the default. They're elastic, and fairly strongly so, and they held my shoulders back in the proper posture without trouble. My family noticed immediately that I was standing straighter, so clearly they're doing the job, and there wasn't any noticeable discomfort from the relatively tight straps. The seller recommends wearing them for short periods until you get used to them, and I can see why: I wore them only half an hour because my shoulders were getting sore. The fact of the muscle soreness suggests that my body is actually doing some of the work to hold my shoulders back (probably unconsciously), and that's good news: it means my rear deltoids will actually be tightening up over time while wearing them, improving my posture even without the brace on. I don't think this is the ideal solution for poor posture - barbell exercises for the chest and upper/lower back are the best solutions - but for anyone without time or access to a gym this is at lesat a reasonable alternative. I can't say how well this would help people with longterm injuries or chronic pain, as I don't have either, but at least as far as a single wearing this product seems to be exactly what its advertised to be. I'll update this review in a month or so, after I've worn it more. EDIT: I've now had the brace for two weeks, and I can safely say that its much more comfortable to wear for longer periods now than it was at the beginning. I've restarted my weightlifting regimen, so it's hard to say which has had more effect, but I've noticed myself automatically sitting up straight without having to consciously make myself do so. Obviously, this involves tensing muscles, so I have a little bit more soreness after long periods sitting with no back support than before, but that's been fading as I become accustomed to it.

Affordable but Effective Alternative to High Priced Solutions
Great product! It’s straps are padded and comfortable enough to not chafe, but the adjustability allows you to “smart small” and tighten to your liking over time or over the duration of a wear. I highly recommend starting with wearing while doing a few “slump” chores around the house (laundry, cleaning, desk work), and you’ll immediately become more aware of your posture. As you fit into the brace more easily over time, you can tighten or wear for longer periods. Does the job at a great price compared to high priced alternatives. I’ve noticed a different in my general posture awareness daily, and I think this actually pulls back enough to help my rounded shoulders notably over time. I am going to order a second one to gift my mom (who tried to super pricey posture bra and didn’t like it!)

Does as advertised. A good product.
It does seem to help relieve the pain issues in the neck from poor posture. (My reason for purchasing it.) It is fairly comfortable with a bit of pinching in the armpit area. (Not unexpected and is tolerable) It can be worn for long periods without any major problems. My only real complaint is that I have not yet discovered a way to put it on without help.

Does the job, but the back strap is a constant annoyance.
I've been wearing the ComfyBrace Posture Corrector for a little while now, and overall it's a fair product — it does what it says on the box, but it has one significant flaw that's hard to ignore. What works: It's straightforward to put on and does help remind you to pull your shoulders back and sit/stand up straighter. For the price, it's a reasonable option. What doesn't work: My biggest complaint is that the strap in the back rides up on my neck constantly. I have to readjust it every 20 minutes or so. I've tried wearing it with an undershirt hoping that would help it from riding up, but it makes no difference at all. Having worn this for a while, this isn't a break-in issue that goes away with time; it's a persistent design flaw. Bottom line: It's a middle-of-the-road product at best. It can help with posture awareness, but the constant need to adjust the neck strap every 20 minutes makes it hard to wear for any real length of time without frustration.

Noticed a difference immediately. (With UPDATE)
Wow. I just received this yesterday (last night to be exact) and put it on right away. I felt relief in my upper back/shoulder blades immediately. I personally didn’t think it changed my appearance until I walked by my husband wearing it under my hoodie, and he told me I looked different. “Good different” he clarified. The instructions say to start wearing it for a short amount of time and work up because it can be uncomfortable. I wore it the night I received it for an hour, and the discomfort I felt was mostly under my armpits, but it wasn’t unbearable and definitely worth that for the immediate change and pain relief. Background on me: I’m 5’3”, 130lbs, medium build. I’ve had large breasts and bad posture since I was 14, which caused neck and upper back pain. I was a year-round swimmer for years, so I have broad shoulders that are still kind of awkward to me even after years of not swimming competitively. I’ve seen a chiropractor every week since high school for my neck and back pain, which helped but never fully alleviated the discomfort for long enough to skip a week. UPDATE! 1/3/21 I had been wearing this brace almost every day since I received it, but now I am able to use it less and for less time. It’s more like a refresher when I feel like I need it. The first couple weeks after I received it, my chiropractor told me my neck wasn’t in dire need of an adjustment (as it has been, every week, for years). He actually asked me the same of the brace because of the difference it made in my posture and neck. My entire family couldn’t believe the difference (even my sisters across the country ON FACETIME)! They all asked for this for Christmas. So now my whole family has one! This product really worked (and is continuing to work) for me and now, my family. It can be uncomfortable (still is rough on my armpits), but after suffering so many years of excruciating neck pain and migraines, it’s worth it. I am amazed that after a couple decades of bad posture, this brace was able to help me so much in less than a month!

Very Happy
I was a bit hesitant to purchase this, but I'm so happy that did. I'm a bit older and when I spend the day in the kitchen canning or baking I get so tight between my shoulders, it takes days for the pain to go away. With this ComfyBrace I have no pain after a day in the kichen. It is so comfortable to wear it fits me perfect, I'm a bit petite 4' 11" and weigh 110 lbs, so the one size fits all is true. I would highly recommend this.

Not comfortable
It is very uncomfortable because it pushes against the back of my neck, the Velcro pokes and scratches my arms despite adjusting it, and it is too hot overall. I had to wear a total of 3 shirts: 1 camisole underneath, another over it to hide the lines that would show through my outer shirt, and the financial shirt. The brace was extremely distracting and it was not comfy for me. My family also couldn't see a noticeable difference in my posture, apparently due to me already trying to stand up straight on a regular basis. I got it mainly to help my posture while sitting down to work, but that can't happen due to how distracting it is.

Helps Keep My Back Straight, But Can Hurt!
I tend to slouch a lot whenever I'm working or studying at my desk. After speaking with my physician, he discussed the importance of maintaining good posture to avoid complications down the line. That's when I decided I was going to be more serious with how I sit at my desk and I bought this brace to help me! First of all, it's kind of a funny looking brace. Whenever I wear it, my parents tend to find it amusing. However, I find that it does do a good job at keeping my back straight. The only issue that I've experienced is that I have to make it somewhat tight to get good posture. This, in turn, does lead to pain and the material digging into my skin. If I keep it too loose, then it won't be as effective. Therefore, my only complaint would be the comfortability, but it does work! I think this is an affordable option for people who are trying to find ways to fix/maintain good posture to improve their health. It's good!
