The scent actually smells like chai, like real authentic chai. I have been searching for a chai scented lotion for YEARS. This is my holy grail! I am an avid lotion user, and am always searching for one that makes my skin soft, smells good, and doesn’t leave me feeling greasy. This lotion is all that and more. I get compliments on the scent all the time. It does smell very clove forward, with vanilla afterwards! The price is also really good for the amount of lotion you’re getting. When I compare it to other lotions sold at bigger stores, it’s around 10 dollars cheaper! Seriously great value. It also fits easily in my purse/backpack when I am on the go. For anyone worried about the ingredients, it really is full of natural ingredients that benefit the skin. I did a ton of research on the ingredients to check if they would possibly irritate my skin, as I have some autoimmune disorders that lotions can impact. I absolutely love the fragrance and My mother loved the Spicy Vanilla Chai lotion as well!! The texture is very soft helping the skin feel wonderful. It leaves no greasy feeling on my skin and that is a plus. It is worth the money with the dime size lotion I use in my hands.
