Some time ago, I had a lightning strike at my house and nearly lost all of my family photos and other files on my computer (I did end up losing the computer). Nevertheless, I have been avoiding backing up my new computer for some time, perhaps a year or even more, because I couldn't face up to organizing everything for backing it up. So I was excited to see the One-Click Backup advertised by Infiniti Kloud, which worked as described, with one click. This was just the product I needed. I especially liked the one step removal of duplicate items function {I had accumulated more than 5000}. I would have liked to be able to browse through the backed up items, which I have not yet been able to figure out in the software. I also think a larger capacity unit could be a useful product, as my first backup used up more than 3/4 of the 128 gigs. I am very pleased with the product and look forward to maintaining my computer with frequent backups in the future.

Once inserted into PC and then click on File Explorer to open, there is no Folder specifically for PC. Did get a message saying the device is corrupt and possibly contains virus. This product didn't even allow me to see the Start up or anything. Not worth it. I had it for almost a year without opening it, now that I have I find that it does not work and I would like to get my money back. My recommendation is DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

My MacBook Pro is around 2 years old. The thought of losing my documents and photos was weighing on my mind. Some of my stuff was already on the Cloud, some of it wasn't. I like the idea of having a physical object I can access anytime. I saw a video review of this product on YouTube. The InfinitiKloud arrived as promised in good condition. Installation was simple. I plugged it in and it went to work right away. I went and did some cleaning up around my apartment, checking in on the InfinitiKloud's progress periodically. By the time I was finishing up with my chores, the backup was done. After storing all my photos, music files, videos, and documents onto the little red stick, I was still left with 43.94 G of free space for future backups. The InfinitiKloud made things super easy.

As the advertisement states, you insert the usb and it does all the work. I am lacking in tech skills. It took 2 hours and that was fine with me. It downloaded pictures I hadn’t been able to find. Now when my old computer stops working, it’s ok because all of the information it had stored is on the usb, memory stick. I highly recommend this product.

Very poor product. The "instruction manual" is one page of vague directions. The unit appeared to be backing up but when I searched for the files they were not to be found. No customer service contact info in the instruction manual. Will not work on any of the 3 PCs I have. The physical design of the drive is hard to plug into the USB connection. (it does have a pretty flashing blue light). VERY EXPENSIVE USLESS THUMB DRIVE AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. BUYER BEWARE!!

-there is no identification of what the files are, only a code. requires me to open each one, there are over 7000 files. additionally, no instructions on how to recover files on new computer

We usually don’t review all the products we buy for the business unless we are extremely impressed by it. Let me tell you this product is so awsome it saves us time on back ups so we dont have to drag and drop the files manually and we also love the one click and done ✅ software. Fantastic product great software 100% AOP3D APPROVED

This item has never worked at all since I purchased it in August, despite keep trying to make it work it does nothing, I tried to get advice on line but was required to pay for any advice, my computer is working fine in all other respects but not with the Infinitikloud, total waste of money.

I took it out of the box, plugged it in and it didn't work. Very dissappointed. Gave it one star only because I had to or I couldn't write a review.

Does not work with my phone which is an windows mobile phone very disappointed.
