Pads essential areas and that’s about it.
I’m 6’5” and 225 pounds. This thing is crazy small and lightweight for a pad and saved considerable space in my wilderness pack which is nice since my size 13 shoes and XL clothes take up a lot of space. But this was not like sleeping on a luxurious mattress. In fact, probably comparable to sleeping on a simple bedroll.Seems to pad only the important pressure point areas. Remarkably, works when lying on your side or on your back. Legs don’t get any padding but I didn’t notice it much since I wasn’t on rocky ground. My air valve was difficult to seal.Would I use it again on another 5 day backpacking trip? Maybe. Depends on how much weight I’m willing to carry vs how much comfort I desire.

Good trade-off between weight and comfort
At 5 ounces, and the size of an 8oz soda can, this is by far the lightest and most compact sleep pad you'll find. I tried it out on the Cranberry 50 over 6 nights. It takes three breaths to inflate (so you can leave your Flextail at home). It provides adequate cushion where you need it most. It is not as comfortable as the full size Klymit pads, but if you are used to ground-pounding, it is a worth-while trade-off. I'm a side-sleeper, and it worked adequately enough for that, but again, not as comfortable as a full pad. I would give it 5 stars, but I've not had it long enough to judge durability.

Super light, just right
I got this for bike packing because of its light weight. It’s seriously as advertised around 5oz. Blows up with 3 full breaths. Can’t wait to use it on the trail

Can't believe it works!
For summer hiking if no insulation is needed I don't think you can beat it. I slept good and it weighs less than anything else I can take. Packs down very small. Honestly I bought it expecting to send it back but I tried it on the floor and was surprised. I've taken on a couple overnights and I'm sold.

works surprisingly well
cushioning where you need it, none where you don’t. before you buy, do yourself a favor: get three small pillows, place them under your head, shoulders and hips/butt, then lie on the floor. comfy? if yes, then this will work for you.light weight, packs down to nothing, easy to in/deflate.perfect for a buggout bag or light weight camping set up.

Great ultralight pad if you it works for you
Personally I don't have a lot of trouble falling asleep so I thing this is perfectly comfortable and enjoy the eight savings (ultralight backpacker). It is obviously not as comfortable as larger full-size pads. But after hiking all day I can sleep on it no problem. This is definitely not for everyone so try it out at home first!

Working well so far.
No leaks or problems so far. Super compact and lightweight. Use it in my day hike bag as a contingency pad in case I have to overnight outdoors. Exactly what I was looking for. Replaced a full size pad and saved over a pound of weight.
