Great value and great quality
What's not to like? Dry enough for pepper grinder, or used whole will plump up in sauces, etc.Great value.250g of green peppercorns is quite a lot, but worth getting. I keep them in a jar.

Really Hot and Spicy
I use crushed peppercorns for making my own salsa, normally with black pepper. For a change I thought I would try green peppercorns.I was really surprised how 'hot' it is compared to black pepper. It adds a real zing! So for anyone who likes a touch of heat to their food - give this a try.
