boosts sweetness to my liking..no fillers or additives .
I have repurchased this a couple of times...it's a very sweet monk fruit liquid sweetener....of course it doesn't contain anything else such as erythritol or other fillers in the product which is so important to me..being on a keto balanced diet ..low carb ..I have to avoid the fillers that sneak in...this one has been reasonably priced compared with the amount given...I really enjoy how it's a syrupy texture and not really liquidy like watery instead....I do use this in conjunction with my Sucralose liquid ..when using them both together I get the sweetness I am looking for without having to use more of the product which can be expensive..I find adding monk fruit to the Sucralose liquid has me using less of the liquid Splenda ...I have to mix it because all monk fruit although very sweet to me leaves a tad bit of a metallic taste ...so when I mix them together I don't use as much and it really boosts the sweetness to my liking than just having the liquid Splenda alone...for me I have to use both together or I will be using twice as much as the Sucralose.....it's a must for me...the syrupy texture to me shows the level of sweetness and the sweetness boost really is so enjoyable for me in my coffee in the morning..I also like it's got no carbs and calories ...that's a must for me as well. there to me is no metallic taste when I mix mine with the other sweetener together it's not even noticeable...I will come back to keep repeat getting this brand ..

I Like It!
I really like not having to use sugar and honey all the time and you only need a little bit of it.

Sweet but with a strange after-taste
A few drops go a long way, but there's an odd taste that lingers afterward. I prefer other sweeteners over this one.

Needs to be refrigerated!
I love monk fruit sweetener. I love that itโs a healthy alternative to many of the other non-sugar sweeteners. But I was not happy to find out that this needed to be refrigerated, what a bother. I did not notice that in the description when I purchased this product. If I had, I wouldnโt have bought it. It taste good, works great, but I will not buy it again because I donโt wanna mess with having to go back-and-forth to the refrigerator every time I want to sweeten a cup of coffee.

Perfect for what I bought it for.
A number of Amazon reviews said that there were problems with the plastic jar the product came in. When the LLINEA MONK FRUIT order arrived, I poured the contents out of the plastic jar into a small glass jar with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. It has an odd taste if you taste it unmixed. This product, like other sweeteners, is really made to be mixed with something. I read on the internet, in many places, where it said that a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day is healthy for most people. Apple cider vinegar has a very strong taste. In the past, I had tried mixing it with warm water and honey. It was okay, but not great. Today, I put a 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a cup of warm water in a drinking glass. Next, I used a regular kitchen metal tablespoon and dipped it into the Monk Fruit; I then held the spoon vertically and shook the spoon to help any excess drip off. Next, I used what was left on the tablespoon and mixed the apple cider vinegar and warm water that was in the drinking glass. No measuring, no fuss, and no mess. EXCELLENT! The apple cider vinegar and warm water had a very mild apple cider vinegar taste. I could not be happier about how this turned out.

Idiotic, brain dead,unusable cap
Avoid this garbage product. The cap screws off like the nozzle does underneath it so you can't take the cap off and use the squirt nozzle because when you try to unscrew the cap the nozzle comes off too! Plus for one some reason you clean it off and it oozes the content somehow all over the bottle and all over your shelf. I have no idea why, but it's done that twice. The whole bottle gets covered with the contents on the shelf in the cupboard runs out on the shelf. There is no discernible leaks in it or anything it's not a lot just enough to cover the whole outside of the bottle and run out on the shelf.

Expensive but a little goes a long way
First off I bought the granular Monk fruit erythritol blend to sweeten unsweetened almond milk. It did not dissolve well. I would have to add it to the almond milk, shake it up, and let it dissolve over night to eliminate the gritty crystals. It worked well for baking. I read that there was a powdered version that dissolves better. I bought it but found that it forms undissolved globs like you get from adding powdered cocoa to a cold liquid. I tried adding the powdered Monk fruit blend slowly with fast agitation worked well. Plus, the almond milk could be consumed immediately without experiencing the gritty taste. A friend sent me a research article that found that people consuming erythritol were found to have a higher incidence of blood clots and build up in their arteries. The article did say more studies were needed because the sample size was less than 100 people. That spooked me off. I bought this little bottle of 100% Monk fruit extract with no Erythritol listed on the ingredient label. I tried adding 20 drops into a half gallon of unsweetened almond milk, shook it up in the carton, and immediately poured a glass of almond milk. It tasted great. I finally have a winner! The 100% liquid is expensive, but a few drops go a long way and doesn't seem to have any dispersion problems. I did read that many people found they could not get hot coffee to sweeten when they tried to use some cheaper brands in hot coffee. I don't drink coffee so that is not a problem for me.

The best but beware
I bought this based on ConsumerLab testing. I found the right number of drops for my tea and plan to continue using it daily. I am responsible for reading the label. THE LABEL STATES NOTHING ABOUT A THIN CLEAR TRANSPARENT PLASTIC RING WHICH IS ATTACHED TO THE SEAL that I had to search through my garbage can for & reinsert on the bottle or else everything I touch in the house is now greasy. And the cap is now leaking even with that ring due to overtightening trying to stop the leaking. Fortunately now I know. 5stars for the benefits of 100% monk fruit extract.
