So… my dog (pictured) tore up the chaise of my couch one day when I wasn’t home. It was beyond saving. After searching for replacement options that didn’t cost $200, I came across this foam roll and ordered it with crossed fingers.It arrived quickly, packaged well, and didn’t smell awful when we opened it (just the typical fresh plastic smell for a few minutes). The width fit perfectly where my old chaise used to be! Of course the chaise cover was ruined as well, hence why it’s covered with a sheet, but it works for me and my budget. The foam cut beautifully with a 9” chefs knife as it was a bit long. I’m on the heavier side (about 280) and it supports me great, very glad I got the semi-firm option, the firm would’ve been too hard.Overall, great experience!

My couch is about 15 years old but almost looks new except for the sagging cushions. When you sit in the middle of the cushions it was like you were falling into the abyss. I would get a back ache after sitting on the couch for a few minutes. I looked online at upholstery sites and it was going to cost twice what this costs and I would also have to pay shipping. I was shopping for something else when I decided to try Amazon to see what it offered, I was shocked to see the "same" foam for 1/2 the cost. I jumped on it and ordered it right away. It said that it would arrive in a little more than a week which was fine with me, that way I could look on Youtube to see how I would cut it. The next day I was shocked to see the foam sitting in front of my door. I cut it, using a hacksaw blade, and stuffed it into my couch cushion covers. I was done in about 45 minutes. I am so happy with the quality of the foam. It is perfect, I mean it is firm but not to hard to sit on. I weigh 240 lbs and I sink in about 2=1/2 inches when I sit in the middle of the cushion. When I lay down it is so comfortable, you don't sink into the cushion you lay on top; making it easy to get off the couch when you get up. I am going to do the love seat next.

We used the foam to make cushions for patio furniture. Worked perfectly. Extremely comfortable.

Nice foam, medium rigid, works well as a car camping pad for a side sleeper. Mine is off by about .5in width and short by a touch over 1in in length. Not the end of the world, but I got this size to fit flush so if precision is an issue, order bigger and cut to size I suppose

Cut good and was really firm for my grandmas chair .

We purchased this as a temporary replacement for a thin RV matress. It worked well and was comfortable. We used it for several months until we got a new RV. Now looking for a new use for it as it is still in great shape.

Great, high quality product at a decent price

First, let me start off by saying that I have never wrote a review for products purchased online. Why would I waste my time? However, this product is so amazing that I felt compelled to do so! The seat cushions of our living room couch had been worn down so much that you practically hit the frame when you sat down. It was uncomfortable to sit on and was killing my lower back. The wife was already looking into purchasing a new couch. After replacing the couch cushions… it’s like a brand new couch!!! It is literally a night and day difference. I purchased the firm foam based on other reviews I read and it should be the only choice. Absolutely awesome and an easy little project. Measure your old cushions, lay it out with a straight edge, and cut it with a serrated knife. It’s as simple as that!

Replaced both the dinette seat cushions and j-couch foam with this material. It is a dense material but more comfy the sitting on the plywood base. It is a bit firm on the j-couch as it was 4inch foam and I replaced it with 5inch.Would definitely recommend to replace the worn out rv cushions with this product

Semi firm. My Mom loves this cot size 5 inch thick foam. She was choosing to sleep on the couch years but the foam was something she never knew. I got it for her as a gift with neon green sheet off Amazon. The foam curves up the armrests of couch and hangs a bit over the couch edge but Mom loves it a lot much better and she has less pain.

The foam mattress is just right for one of the grandchildren’s small beds for when they visit.
