It can be a bit difficult (and somewhat uncomfortable) trying to maintain a good grip on the OYO for some of the exercises. Yet, I much prefer the OYO to the resistance bands that I previously used. Of course, I still anxiously await the reopening of my community fitness center for a more extensive workout. In the interim, the OYO is extremely helpful in performing a minimal level of strength training. Review: It'll get the job done, designed for the procrastinator - PROS: - Wide range of motion and extremely versatility - Adjustable resistance - Relatively portable CONS: - No where to purchase more resistance disks, it should really go up to 35lbs at the very least - The two handles need to be longer to provide a wider range of motion - Need more grip attachments - Should really make the teeth of the gear metal at the very least something more durable, I can imagine if I let this thing snap back into place by itself it'll torque the teeth right off. It seems like a common enough problem from the previous reviews In all honesty, the product itself is great and if you expect a full gym out of this thing-- That would be naive. It's great for those who are stationary at your desk for hours of the day, especially work from home folks that are also heavily into gaming. I could make my own or order resistance bands (latex tubing) to customize to suit individual needs. **Q: Where do I buy replacement weight disks? Mine wore out and I threw them away** A: I couldn't find any source for replacement discs. Mine hasn't worn out yet; but I purchased and extra basic unit and I added discs beyond 25 lbs.
