I absolutely love this fan for use in my master bedroom, It's so much prettier in person, picture on Amazon does not compare to what it looks like in person. My contractor said it was easy to install. I highly recommend.

The crystals came broken. I was during a rebuild. I had to put broke pieces facing back of room. Would love for crystal globe to be replaced. Not sure where to begin. Fan works and light looks great in master bedroom.

This fan was purchased for a home we were buying. It was to be installed as the current owners were down a light. It was PRIME. It arrived extremely late. As the electrician unboxed the unit Hhe called to say it did not have the longest rod. We had no choice but to install it on the short rod. Also, the wiring was to short to use a longer rod. It functions fine. It does not look correctly portioned.
