Product is very good . i like it .Silicon Material is very nice & user friendly.
Just one I would like to mention - The manufacturer can improve its silicon material thickness a bit well. so that when it's stuck in Freezer and while pulling it will not damage and durability can improve.further - would like to suggest - can introduce the same shape bit big size try as well. cause the current size is melting very fast.

It's not very user friendly
I was expecting silicon ice trays to be user friendly because they are soft BUT unlike the plastic trays, the ice doesn't come off easily and pulling out every ice crystal is a task and is time consuming. Same is also with filling it up… you have to fill every hexagon. the size of ice is small as well though it looks good BUT there is a lot of effort.
