I've had these monitor speakers for about 1-2 years now, and honestly, I've got no major complaints. The sound is super clear, especially when using certain software. They're great for watching movies - once you turn the volume up a bit, they really pull you in. The only thing I've noticed is the bass feels a bit weaker than I expected, but that could just be me. Build quality is decent overall, though there are a few small things that could be better. I'd give them a solid 4.5 stars.

Those speakers are great and they sound really loud. I highly recommend them.

I purchased these for my son who is starting to get into making YouTube content. The 3 inch drivers produce a good amount of bass/mid bass and sound like they are -3-5DB below 45-50hz. Jthis could easily be fixed with a subwoofer if you need flat response down to the low end of the spectrum. The tweeter are very mellow and not fatiguing to listen to like metal tweeters. They get very loud for their size! I have a pair of KRK Rokit 6s on my desk that sound very similar at almost double the size! I was very impressed with all the input options and only needing to run power to one speaker. There is also a switch that allows for the powered speaker to be on the left or the right. Bluetooth is easy to setup and can be “mixed” with RCA/ 1/4 inch wired inputs. They're reliable and decent quality. Bluetooth and everything works great. Not the best on the market but for the price, not bad at all.

I have a recording studio for my voice over work and these are perfectly fine. I've heard criticisms that the bass is a bit weak. Is that because we have been taught in the last decade that unless you're almost damaging your ears with bass that your speakers have weak bass? I found the bass to be acceptable and in general, even with music, these sound pretty good to my ears. But, they are not Genelec monitors and don't claim to be.The one issue I had with these was that I could not pair them to my iPhone through Bluetooth. It turns out that was my fault, or you could look at it as bad design.The instructions tell you to hold down the Bluetooth button until it starts blinking green. Unfortunately if you just press the button without holding it, the light blinks green anyway. Even though the blinking green looks exactly the same, you are not actually pairing. I did not know this.I chatted with Mackie, and they couldn't tell me that I was doing it wrong. So they told me that my pair of monitors must be defective and that Amazon should replace them.I got a new set. I still couldn't pair them. Not believing the two sets would be bad, by chance, I decided to hold the button down. After several seconds, the same green circular light blinked, but this time the speakers showed up on my iPhone.I had already packed up the first set so I couldn't tell if the first set was bad, but I have a feeling the first set was perfectly fine.Maybe I'm the only one who experienced this, but you really have to follow the instructions to a T and hold that button down, not just push it and release it.

Great speakers for the money. Works well either way my TV and my Bluetooth record player sounds is excellent and loud for the money it’s a great value. It’s very easy to use as well!

These sould great but a big sound but I find them a bit bass'y and work best if the source has some tone control.

I was just looking for some decent, cheap monitors for temporary use as I normally produce music using a pair of Sennheiser headphones. These totally went above my expectations. Sound is crisp, plenty of low end bass, mids are excellent & it doesn't sacrifice any sound.I wound up deciding to keep these & use as regular speakers in my apartment. I have the Bluetooth version so they sync effortlessly with my phone & there's no lag between operation & play. I'd def recommend these for the price & quality.

These small studio monitor speakers are incredibly impressive for their size(enough size 3RCx)The sound quality is outstanding - crisp, clear and well-defined. The bass is ok (but don’t expect like home theatre or 2.1 normal sub woofer with speakers) because all sounds are flat but you can clearly hear every single instrument sounds of the songs /music (depends on input) .They're compact and easy to move around, making them ideal for smaller home studios or for those in need of a good acoustics listeners, I recommend these speakers for anyone looking for good quality music making/mixing or listening chilling vibe music (Led Zeppelin , nirvana, etc…), if you need more bass you can buy a subwoofer separately for 199$,high quality sound without the need for large, expensive equipment. ,

La verdad que estos monitores son un must-have no solo por su utilidad como referencia creativa; yo los compré para escuchar música pero lo interesante de los cr3 es su tamaño porque difieren de un par de 8" bastante y no sólo porque no te servirán para mezclar a detalle pero son monitores muy rápidos aprendiendo a usar su knob frontal. Por su tamaño les vas a dar bastantes usos, son una mega herramientota, ya les di 3 diferentes usos y con estos te armas una buena cotorrisa porque no les falta potencia. Si piensas en tener algún día unos monitores de 8 pulgadas yo te recomendaría ampliamente comenzar por estos de 3 y sin problema podrían aguantar hasta algunos años en lo que logras hacerte de mejores monitores.

As I read through the internet in an essay one of the best speakers for a pc even it connects through blutooth i got it with a creative sound blaster it works great and clarity of the sound is astonishing

Excellent speakers. The only thing is I wish my phone would automatically connect to the speaker's bluetooth instead of me having to always trigger the connection. I'm sure there's a setting for that somewhere. Besides that, this is an excellent speaker, the bass & treble are perfectly in balance.
