My son makes hats. We found that hanging them on command hooks would distort the brims. If I could, I’d buy a dozen more of these. Maybe this summer when I have a bit more time.

The assembly of the holders to the mounting plate is not flush. When bolting them in have a plier or socket wrech handy to get a tight fit. If not the holders will shake.

It was easy to assemble, sturdy, and presently I’m using it to display to old hats… Not baseball caps

i love the concept of these and so i don't regret getting them, but they disappointed me a bit- mostly because the screw tops that attach the pieces to the flat circular wall mount were total CRAP- the threads didn't match up and wouldnt screw on easily, i ended up having to use a wrench to painstakingly tighten them on by jamming it and scratching it up completely in the process, the paint just comes right off, and one of the pieces nearly broke apart in the process. I should probably attach pics to this review.outside of that issue though, i was able to get them together, and mounted to the wall. then i realized some of the bowl pieces aren't very straight either which made it difficult to hang the wigs on that had longer hair and so were a bit heavier. they would just slide off.in the future i will look a bit harder for wall wig mounts but these will do for now. my moira rose wig dream has still come mostly true <3

It is amazingly vintage.

Definitely not what I expected. Very flimsy and appear cheap.

This item has a rather cheap looking finish but is durable and is very well suited for brimmed hats. My husband has a fedora and a top hat and both fit nicely without crowding or misshaping.
