Fantastic, very strong mounting plate.
Bought these to hang a double-end bag for boxing workouts. I previously had it hung on a simple eyebolt and that didn't go too well, started wiggling a lot once the bag got really moving.Took out the eyehook, installed this plate in the same stud in its place and it's been sturdy since. Very happy with this.

Used to anchor clothesline
Very strong and I liked that each mount takes 4 screws, making it more secure than eye straps that use 2 screws for mounting.I used these to anchor 1/8 inch stainless steel cable, coated with pvc for clothesline. They have no problem taking the tension on the lines, especially when wet, heavy clothes are hanging.I would not hesitate using these to anchor shade sails or any other high tension, moderate load application. Full disclosure, I didn't use the supplied screws. I had some thicker, more robust screws, so I used them.

Very sturdy
We used these to tie down Some shade Cloth to the uprights on our overhead rv cover. After drilling into the uprights, we screwed these in and then were good to go. Used rope to complete the process by wrapping it around the uprights And through the grommets on the cloth. Worked very well for our purpose.

Sturdy
I needed good anker to hang my new rdjbounds grow light without being scared it would fall onto my plants but those are super well built, strong and durable! Comes with the mounting hardware too.
