Love, love, love it!
I love, love, love my new mailbox. It's huge, looks double the size of the one it replaced. Right now, it's sitting next to the neighbor's mailbox and it absolutely dwarfs theirs. The only negative is this does not come with installation hardware (though it does come with two keys). I guess that's hard where there are so many configurations for mounting. Mounting plates are mostly made for 4x4 posts, but I don't have that. I had to come up with something else: I put it on top of two side-by-side 2x4s mounted to a post that is not a 4x4. It's hard for me to explain.Anyway, I got my first batch of mail today, so the postman (yes, he's a man) was able to use it okay. I can see the mail in the box by opening the top slot. My arm is super skinny, so I can reach inside, but getting mail that way would be hard for most people. I suppose they could put something sticky on the end of a pole and fish mail out that way, but the point of this is more to make my it a harder target. People can steal mail from anything if they want it badly enough, but they'll likely take the easiest targets. After all, why work harder than they have to?

Gorgeous Mailbox and the adapter plate worked flawlessly
What a beautiful roomie, functional safe, clean looking mailbox this is. It was easy to install, especially with the adapter mounting plate made by architectural. I think it’s pretty much the best looking mailbox on the street now. I’m just curious to see how long the little magnet that holds the top door closed will last in the Florida weather. I recommend that you do a couple of these magnets along that top flap.

Stops mail theft
We bought this mailbox originally because we caught someone going through our mailbox. After installing this, the guy gave up and left it alone. It has a lock in the front and in the back. The front lock is great for just getting the mail when driving by, and the back lock is great for removing packages that the postal service put in it. The key is nice and compact so it doesn't add too much weight to your key ring.We liked this mailbox so much that we bought one for our new house when we moved.

Sturdy and secure mounting tips
Mailbox theft has been an issue lately, and I’m afraid of identity theft because of it. Did a lot of research and chose this box for several reasons, I like the rear lock feature so we don’t have to stand in the street to get the mail, also want thief’s to see the lock on the front so they leave the box alone (my neighbors are getting the same one too so we match and thieves won’t even stop at our home).A recommendation is to insert a 4x4 piece of wood into the PVC cross arm so that when you screw in onto the mount it’s will make it more secure and sturdy, Suggest you also buy the medal bracket made by the manufacturer at Home Depot it’s about $15 but worth it.I don't know what justifies the premium price they put on a white vs black mailbox, it’s $121 vs $90 at Home Depot, why $31 more for white? and the mfr should include the bracket. The only Neg I’ve read is that the back lock can be reached from the front with a long screwdriver, this maybe possible but highly doubt a thief will spend that much time trying to get inside. If worried though, stuff the screw in the back with epoxy putty and problem solved. All and all it’s the best out there in my view.

Great looking mailbox and lock system is solid with a small problem
My wife and I love the elegant look and style of this simple locked mailbox. It's larger than most average mailbox but that's ok. It's not overwhelming or anything. Setting it up with the black metal pole was easy. Our only gripe with the mailbox is that the top is too flat which causes water to settle and you get the stain and also the back of the mailbox shows quick rotting even after a month.I would still buy again but hope they make a new model with addressing the issues above.

Good mailbox
I've had this installed for a few months now so I can write a review. It looks good, it's big, it holds a lot of mail.I have a few complaints, but they are easily remedied. One is that the hardware that comes with it for installing on the post, and the hardware that comes with the post that the same company sells ---- none of the hardware was stainless steel. Since I didn't want rust stains on my mailbox a few years from now, I had to go to Home Depot and buy stainless steel hardware for about $10. Attention mailbox company: I would have paid an extra $10 for this to have better hardware and save me a trip.My second complaint is with the lock on the back and how easy it is to reach through with a long screwdriver, as others have posted. This is also easily remedied with some loc-tite on the threads and some silicone caulk over the screw head, but still, it should have been designed to have a metal cap or bar over the lock mechanism to prevent this. Maybe another $5 or $10 if you don't have loc-tite and silicone caulk handy. But overall, it's a great mailbox and worthy of the five stars --- you just need to plan on a little extra installation work if you really want to get it perfect.

Sturdy and somewhat easy to install
Super sturdy, easy to install with install plate (sold separately). Nice features. Lock and key are a bit finnicky as the key has to be jiggled up and down to get into lock then jiggled to open. Going to try some lock lube to see if that will make it easier or just change the lock out with one from the hardware store.

Secure, roomy & attractive
Lately there has been more mail theft in my community, so I felt this would be a wise choice. So far, so good. Haven’t had any problems & it adds nice style to the yard. I also like the larger size.l , which can hold several days of mail if I’m away & forget to hold mail at the post office.
