I don't cook a whole lot of omelets. I do, however, have a lot of use for a narrow spatula/turner. I bought this when I couldn't find a like replacement for an aging squarish spatula that was starting to disintegrate.So far, this product has released from a pan homemade pizza that was refusing to leave the pan, stirred homemade ice cream, flipped brownies out of the pan, and pretty much everything else you'd want a spatula or flipper to do.Well worth the little bit extra on price.

I love a good omlette but in the past have had to settle for scrambled eggs with add ins. Bought this after I had gotten other Di Oro spatulas. I now make an omlette every couple of weeks with no problems. Flexible enough to loosen the edges, lift the edges to let the remaining raw egg to run to the bottom. Can even flip half the omlette and let it finish cooking before lifting it out of the pan. Love it.

If you advertise as an Omelette Spatula, then it needs to work well in that task. This is awful! Its too thick, just pushes the eggs away from you, and you can't get under it to flip, thus ruining the omelette. It works fine for scrambling eggs! The shape is also way too thin, it moves half of the omelette, not it as a whole. BAD for task advertised!

Silicon film cover cracked after 1 year. This is a design flaw. The silicon cracked at the tip of spatula, where the metal insert ends.

I bought this spatula to specifically use for making breakfast on a griddle. Don't have to worry about scratching the surface of the griddle and flips eggs with ease.

Tapered edges make it a smooth omelette turn.

It is the best spatula, no melting, and works great!!

A mi ni me ha servido, es de un material muy duro y rígido y a la hora de hacer la tortillero es muy incomoda de usar por la dureza de la espátula, la he devuelto, buscaré otra de un material menos rígido.

Metal on the spatula was damaged when it arrived. The company still hasn't replied the email sent 5 days ago, so not confident in future customer service or the warranty.
