Works but the N connectors are very cheap. Be very careful that you don’t over tighten is the Stepan connector is made of plastic and can easily be over torqued. When this is done gas does a leak out. It takes a light touch.

I used for a garage heater install. This was way easier than black pipe and just as safe I think. The coupler inserts are plastic. So if you get heavy on the wrench, you could possibly damage them. I used two wrenches and tightened them very snug. I used U clamp conduit hangers to hold flexible pipe in place. After install I checked all fittings with soapy water. I put a gas shutoff at each end so no worries when not in use. Bends fairly well I ran about 40 feet to a small heater.

This product is not as advertised - it is not 1/2 inch diameter and the retainer is plastic but the pictures show metal. I didn't realize until I ran the line and was using another piece after cutting for a connection. I needed another fitting so went to home Depot and got 1/2 inch. Kept trying to install but the line would keep popping out when tightening the nut. It was driving me crazy and I finally decided to try a new line from the store. Holding both lines side by side you can clearly see the diameter difference. Another reviewer mentions this and has pictures to prove. Even though the price is 1/3 what you buy in the store, there is clearly a reason. Amazon should ban these unsafe products.

I installed a room fireplace, 20k btu. Of course it was 70’ from my gas hook up. This worked perfect!! The small fireplace heats great!

I should have trusted the other reviewers, product cannot be cut and customized NOT 1/2 inch

This was advertised as gas line Do not buy. Pay the price for Gastite with CSA approval and connections available.

not getting the full amount of tubing as stated,4 ft. short,when all was needed. to be used for workshop heating. not very pleased.

Do not purchase. It was almost impossible to stop it from leaking. It is not CSA compliant. Nobody will install it.Why is Amazon allowing them to sell garbage?
