Review: Great - These are just how I expected them. They are expandable about and inch at the bottom. You can fit a lot in them when expanded. To keep them expanded they have a little cardboard piece that holds expanded. They even put little tab like Holders to keep that cardboard in place. Its not perfect but it Does the job. They are a nice thick material. I expect these to last a long time. The only thing I don't like is if you don't want to make it expanded at the bottom it makes the folder really deep. I use folders inside to organize so I couldn't see the tabs on the inside folders. I had to use regular hanging file folders. It's not necessarily a bad thing it's just something to be aware of. These are just how I expected them. They are expandable about and inch at the bottom. You can fit a lot in them when expanded. To keep them expanded they have a little cardboard piece that holds expanded. They even put little tab like Holders to keep that cardboard in place. Its not perfect but it Does the job. They are a nice thick material. I expect these to last a long time. The only thing I don't like is if you don't want to make it expanded at the bottom it makes the folder really deep. I use folders inside to organize so I couldn't see the tabs on the inside folders. I had to use regular hanging file folders. It's not necessarily a bad thing it's just something to be aware of. Other then that these were just what I was looking for.

Why did I not know about these hanging file folders? My office skills are not the best in terms of organization, but these file folders have really helped! They are a pain to assembled. Do that a few times, cuss while you do it, and finally, the inserts are in place. My file folders have kept their shape. I don't pull the whole file folder out of the drawer, however. That could be a problem with the insert falling out. Don't know, haven't tried it.

I love these extra capacity folders. They work great for my home office. Having a disabled husband, keeping track of all of his medical paperwork (which is hefty), these folders hold up well for the large mounds of paperwork/medical history. They come with thick smooth cardboard inserts that are placed in the bottom with little tabs that hold it in place, giving the folder the reinforcement it needs to not collapse under a large stack of paper. My only wish was that these could be even wider, but they work great for holding over 150 sheets of paper, including extra manila file folders. Will definitely be purchasing more of these as my filing requires.
