Good Vacuum, don't know if I'll keep it yet.
The media could not be loaded. This is a vacuum I purchased in my never-ending journey of finding a really good vacuum for under $200. This is about my 6th. I just received this yesterday so I will update to see how it goes.PROS:-Really easy to connect to wifi.-Great suction; they say it's 2200pa, but is that just on the carpet when an extra boost is needed? I don't know what the pa is for when it's just running around the house. Picked up a couple of cheese goldfish stashed under the couch!-Finally someone smart enough to have storage under the home base for the cord!-Slim enough (2.83" I believe) to get under my furniture; the Lefant, at 3" gets stuck even in places where it shouldn't.-So far, the top has not been scratched - possibly because it's so slim and hasn't touched the furniture? The Lefant looks old and scratched up and it's pretty new.-Shipping was super fast! Grateful for that!CONS:-Makes a weird 'chirping' sound every time it comes in contact with something; can get annoying after a while.-Has a hard time finding the base, even though it's right in front of it.-The bin, that holds the trash, doesn't have the typical plastic covering so you have to be very careful when opening because all of the debris will fall out.-Doesn't map (it's not supposed to) but this machine would be dynamite if it did map. It looks like it just be-bops all over the place; I don't know where it's been and where it hasn't.-No directions on how to attach to Alexa; I was able to google & find out how but it should be in the directions.

terrible, terrible, terrible
I bought this mainly because of the reviews. But it is terrible. It is supposed to work on carpet but it just runs over things and they are still there when it is finished. Even when I picked it up and put it directly over about 1/4" of yarn, it ran over it and never picket it up. I spent all afternoon trying to do 3 rooms. When I took it down to my family room which has wood flooring, I was expecting there not to be a crumb anywhere. So much for expectations. It couldn't even do a decent job on a flat floor. Save your money on this one!

Happily Surprised
We've now owned the dser 23T for about 6 months. There are so many choices out there that's impossible to make up your mind. We were going to purchase a Roomba, as they are known and tested. But, while watching reviews of the basic Roomba, I found a video that did a side to side comparison with the dser 23T. And, it turned out the reviewer liked the features of the dser 23T more. What I like:-It was inexpensive and cheaper than the Roomba-Has two rotating arms (or whatever you call those from sweepers :).-You get two extra sweepers replacements in the box (We have yet to need to change the sweepers)-The device comes with a remote control. I thought that I wouldn't use the remote. But, there are times that I want the vacuum to just go over a specific area, the remote is great for that!-It's pretty quiet. It does have two sucking strengths, so when it gets on carpet it normally turns to the stronger suction which is louder. But, I was surprised at how quiet it is in normal mode. As in, you can have a phone call while this is running.Cons:-The app that is associated with the vacuum requires that you signup to use it. I opted out of using the App (There probably isn't any reason not to signup but I hate having to give places my details if I don't need to). On the positive, you don't need to use the app and the dser 23T works perfectly well without it.I've recommended this to a couple friends, and they've also been pleased with the purchase.

Not worth the money. Very disappointing.
I had high hopes for this vacuum as I've heard a lot of positives about robot vacuums. The first one I received wouldn't connect to the internet, which is the reason that I purchased the more expensive model. I returned and was sent a second vacuum. It too wouldn't connect, so I had to endure the blue light blinking constantly because it wanted to be connected, but wouldn't do it.I only used this not even once a week in my kitchen and bathroom area of a small house. It worked okay until after about five months and then it would stop, beep, and need recharging. It never would return to the base by itself but would stop on the floor and I would have to manually "park" it. The battery kept getting weaker and weaker with each time it ran and finally would only run for about 20 minutes. Waste of money.I should have known when the vendor kept bugging me to write a product review. Beware when they do this because they know if you wait until you actually use it, you will find that these units are garbage.

Impressed but beware of lamp cords!
I was skeptical about this little bot because of its low price but have been delighted with its performance. While it does not have the room mapping and self-emptying perks of the more expensive bots, it has great suction power, cleans all areas well. and its low profile allows it to go nearly everywhere. Only a couple of obstacles had to be overcome which involved getting stuck in tight places (that was fixed by placing a magnetic strip (included) to prevent its entry to those places and a couple of high thresholds. I have an old house and the thresholds to my kitchen are high. The bot got stuck on them and had to be given a push. I fashioned two ramps (10 inches by 35) and laid them on the thresholds with some reusable sticky stuff on the bottoms and the bot now moves over them with ease. UPDATE: This morning, after the bot had finished I went to empty the bin and found the glass tip of the bot smashed. Puzzled (I had been out of the house) I searched and found a metal lamp lying in the living room. The bot had caught the lamp cord and pulled it off the table resulting in the smash. Suggestions for the manufacturer: make the top cover plexiglass and not glass. Suggestions for users: tidy up and lamp cords before the bot runs.I recommend this bot to everyone. It’s not expensive (in comparison with others) and it does the job in a variety of environments.

You won't be disappointed, we love it.
The media could not be loaded. I love gadgets and technology and have always wanted a robot vacuum, my wife on the other hand has always been very dismissive of the idea. So when the Dser 23T arrived on our doorstep it was greeted with a disinterested shake of the head. I told her we can send it back if it's not very good.Fast forward 24 hours, my wife has just emptied the robots dust container into our bin, still shaking her head she says “there's no way you're sending this back!!”The Dser 23T has been a complete success in our house, we schedule it to clean overnight when we are sleeping and it is very quiet so it doesn't disturb us. It lives under one of our sofas, pops out to do its work before sliding back under to charge itself. The fact that it isn't very tall means it can get under our sofas, so it does a better job than we can getting into the small spaces that our “manual” vacuum can’t. And it’s surprising how much dust it retrieves from these hard to reach places. Yuck!!The robot navigates very well without banging into everything it encounters, most of the time it stops about 10mm before hitting an object, sometimes it gently taps something before instantly backing off to 10mm, so you have no worries about it scuffing up your walls and furniture. Sometimes I feel like it will miss part of the room as it goes about its job, but it always seems to cover all of the floor by the end of its cleaning cycle. The remote control is very simple and self explanatory, in fact the use of the robot as a whole has been a very simple experience and we had it cleaning within 3mins of taking it out of the box. We didn't even need the quick start guide. The robot is well made and feels like it will last a long time, it has a reassuring weight to it, that no doubt helps it to push the cleaning roller into carpets for a good deep clean. We also have Amazon Alexa’s dotted around our house so I was happy that the Dser 23T is compatible, so we can just ask Alexa to turn the vacuum on from anywhere in the house and it goes to work, in fact you can start the robot from anywhere in the world by using the Dserlife App. Isn't technology awesome!!!So to conclude this robot is brilliant and well worth the money. If you are thinking about getting one, do it! You won't be disappointed, we love it!

Fantastic device - ‘A Game-Changer!’
The media could not be loaded. Have to admit, I faced some scepticism in the family when I ordered this DSer robot vacuum cleaner. Does it pick up properly? How can it get to the edges? How will it cope with the rugs? I can now answer these questions, and more, but suffice to say that my daughter (who takes her turn with the vacuum cleaning chores) very quickly declared it ‘a game-changer!’There’s a lot to talk about with this device but, in brief, here are some of the key features that impressed us:It arrives economically packaged (without the usual reams of waste cardboard) and with numerous spare brushes, filters and cleaning tools. The documentation supplied is clear and simple. A sticker on the device leads you directly to the on/off switch (see pics) and there’s a choice of ‘quick start’ or more detailed instructions. It’s extremely easy to use, and we had it up and running in five minutes. The robot is very easy to program and will connect seamlessly to a WiFi network to allow complete control via smartphone (with its own free app) and you can even schedule a cleaning cycle whilst you are out. BUT you don’t need this at all - it’s equally happy to be set off via the supplied remote (batteries included) or even more simply still, via the buttons on top of the device. It has edge cleaning brushes which clip in place easily (plus a spare set) and the default cycle methodically cleans the entire floor and then goes a second time around all the edges. And yes, it does pick up dirt and fluff very well! It’s very quiet, and one charge lasts well over an hour. It’s also very easy to empty and holds a surprising amount of dirt in its collection tray, which simply slides out from the front. We find we only need to empty it every two or three cleaning cycles. The filter unclips for cleaning, and a brush/filter cleaning tool and spare filter are supplied.A really great feature is that the robot can be set to automatically return to its charging dock and recharge, either when the cleaning cycle is complete or if the battery starts to run low during cleaning - very clever! It happily goes from room to room and we can vacuum both a large kitchen and a large living room plus conservatory on one charge. It will navigate around the kitchen island bar stools, but we tend to lift them on to the island before running a cycle so that the robot can clean all the kitchen unit edges right up to the plinths. The low profile of the robot lets it get easily under there and in fact under most items of furniture. It has no problem with any of our rugs, or with going from hard floor to carpet (see attached video). It CAN sometimes pull in any loose lightweight cables however - phone or lamp cables for example, and the manual warns of this. Personally I tidy all loose cables with zip-ties and keep them off the floor as much as possible so that this isn’t an issue (they needed tidying anyway!) but if this isn’t an option, the Dser is supplied with two long magnetic border strips which you can cut to length and place under units, around pet food etc which the robot senses to keep it away from any troublesome areas. This way you can easily define any no-go areas for the robot. All in all, it is simple to use, and it’s a nice feeling to come home to a freshly vacuumed clean floor. It’s not cheap but it’s competitively priced these days, and you get a lot of clever and well-built technology for your money. We think it’s well worth it, and highly recommended. A game changer, in fact!

Baby n Pet friendly!!!
The media could not be loaded. This is a great addition to our home. It is a good value for money, easy to use and reaches hard to reach areas. Sensors are very high quality and avoid any bumping into objects or damage to furniture. Easy to operate via remote and via mobile app. It is very quiet while in operation. More so; baby and cat both like it. You could send it back to charging dock with a hit of one button.I was surprised by the amount of dust that this little hoover robot collected during our cleaning trial. Very impressive!Intelligent little thing with good quality build.Overall, I would definitely recommend getting one.
