Main reason i bought this case is because of the waterproof feature as im always interacting or placing order or taking inventory with my phone inside cold areas and humidity or moisture is one of the main concerns when protecting my phone from damaging is.All of a sudden The charging port little cover broke (snap in/out) getting my phone exposed to humidity or water.Also, i once found a tinny bumb in between the screen and screen protector. I have to open the whole case and have that removed from there as it was scratching my phone screen. Dont know how this little piece of whatever got in there.Overall, case feels good, great appereance BUT cant say anything good about it.Id say that i was provably unlucky with the case i recieved, it was probably defective.~Appereance : good~Port covers Quality: needs improvement, not strong at all, break easily.~Speaker sound: case reduces speaker sound in a 25%~Screen protector or tempered glass :Not Recommended to use together with this case as screen looses sensitivity to touch (eventhough manufacturer advises it is ok to use)You will found yourself pressing harder the keys in order to type

From the get-go this case wasn't perfect, but comparable to a LIFEPROOF because of its affordability. As soon as I put the case on my iPhone 6 Plus, I noticed there was no connection between the case button/switch and the actual phone's button/switch to put the phone on silent mode. No big deal, I thought, because I can always put it in Do Not Disturb mode, basically the same thing, by using the screen. When I went to do so, it took me about 15 swipes with my finger to actually pull up my control panel of my iPhone from the bottom of the screen. The plastic of the touch screen on the case did not lay flush with my phone's screen. So I had to use significantly much more force when texting or swiping at the bottom of my phone in its upright position. The top half of the screen worked fine. Again, I thought this was just going to have to be a trade-off for buying cheap. Then, after three weeks, I pulled the phone out only pocket and the entire touch screen panel of the case had come loose. I had not dropped my phone or gotten it wet. I'm ocd about taking care of my stuff. Check the photo below. Please do not purchase this product. Buy an OtterBox or a LIFEPROOF. You get what you pay for. Except in this case....I got less.

I had to return it because it was making a lot of distortions to each person during a call. It was waterproof but it did feel cheap. The plastic the used was not sturdy enough to give it the clean sharp look to compliment the device. The plastic that covered the front and back of the phone were wobbly and rippled.

I had a audio plug issue with the first case I received. This company insisted they would do whatever it took to make me happy and they did This company has the best service department I have ever encountered and deserves a 5.The case is waterproof and rugged. It is well built,light, and thin. It is not real easy to open as you would imagine from a waterproof case. But anyone can do it using a coin and following instructions as my wife learned. My only complaint and the reason they are not getting a 5 is some of the buttons are hard to push.At this price I would try this case you have nothing to lose.PS The company provided a replacement case at no cost.

Great product... the only thing that this case needs work on is the mute slidding button on the side of the phone and on the charge port... the mute button is under sized and cannot reach the button to switch to mute. The charge port got loose after a while of use and im now having problems with that but its nothing that cant be fixed. other than that its a solid product

Over all I thought this was a decent case. However, about three weeks in the cover that seals over the charging port broke and will no longer stay closed. No longer waterproof. Unfortunately I missed my return window so I am stuck with it.

Very cheap water proof case don't wast your time or money just wait for life proof. Charger port flap broke in 6 days. I wouldn't trust my 850$ iPhone to this case unless your in to risk.

This is the best case for the iPhone 6 Plus. I work in the oilfields and at times I have to have my phone on me. I feel safe that it will be protected from the elements of weather when I do carry it on me. The phone is a big investment and i feel like nothing will happen with a levin case on my phone.
