When turned on, does it save the last mode you were in or does it default to something else?

The Wand will turn on in the last mode that was being used :)

It says recommened age 6 months and up? Would a seven month old be able to do this well?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The age limit has been adjusted on our listing to reflect ages 6 years and up, rather than months. We would not recommend this product for a 7 month old and anyone using the device below the age of 18 should have adult supervision when using this product.

does this come with a warranty?

This product will come with a Limited Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. Message our team through the Amazon Messenger for more info.
