It is functional, durable, attractive, easy to operate, and the 15 Kg model has great capacity. The 6.3 by 9 inch size is great for weighing typical quantities of kitchen ingredients. For larger items, just set a large bowl on the scale and put the large item in the bowl. This kitchen scale can measure in English or Metric system units (no conversions necessary), and weights are measured to 1 gram or 1/10 ounce. So, it is as sensitive as scales with much less capacity, but it can weigh a large turkey easily. The brushed stainless steel surface is durable, and easy to clean. The design is sleek.
