Dye disappears and mat looks dirty
I have only had this mat for a couple of weeks and it is hardly used since it is at my patio door not my front door. Anyway, the black dye has already started to disappear and now the mat just looks dirty and there is no longer a nice sharp heart shape. I have only just written to the seller so they haven’t had time to reply yet, but in the meantime and having read all of the other positive reviews I can only assume that I received a ‘faulty’ one? Anyway, I wouldn’t want a replacement now but would prefer a refund if that option is given.

Don’t use it outside
Used this as a front door mat outside and it really didn’t work, would not recommend to use outside

Cute door mat.
Really love this. Thought how well it complimented my door, with the cute love heart. It seems very heavy and good quality. Not sure how it will fare in winter, but for now, it looks the part.
