VELECO CRISTAL 3 Wheeled Mobility Device

After some mix ups with delivery dates with Amazon I received my brand new scooter about 1Hour ago. I am so impressed I had to write a review immediately. The delivery man couldn’t have been more helpful. Explaining everything that the scooter has on it and what it does. Then he checked it thoroughly to see if there was any problems however slight. But it was perfect. I can’t wait to get out on it. It is so beautiful. And very comfortable. Ideal for my disabilities. I can’t praise Micheal the delivery driver enough. A perfect gent. He wore a mask and gloves. Which was a relief. He was very polite too. And helpful. Helping me cover my scooter and lock it away. Then locking the side gates so I was once again all secure. Thank you Micheal. I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas. And thank you Velo for the scooter. It’s top notch

I received this and was given a very good demonstration on it. Every time I go out on it I get stopped and asked where I got it. It’s a beautifully made and attractive. Very comfortable and stable, best purchase I have made for years.

This is an excellent machine, easy to rideand with only one flaw. It has a poor turning circle making it awkward in confined spaces,It involves a fair bit of backwards and forwards to get around a tight corner. otherwise it gets 5 stars.

Varying speed control toggle and drive/reverse toggle are close together, and care is needed when adjusting the speed speed control when moving. The positioning of these two controls is aesthetically pleasing, but both toggles could be operated in a moment of lesser concentration.

Top class scooter doesn't look or feel like a mobility scooter I am able bodied but have a hidden illness . So when I feel high I go for a ride smooth ride top class you can't go wrong . Slight problem high beam does not work emailed company No reply , sent a message and messaged through amazon

I like the mobility scooter it's nice to get around in easy to use, value for money, and very comfortable, the only wish I would like to make is when you use the direction indicators it doesn't make any audible sound so you don't forget to turn the indicators off so you have to remember them. We'll done the manufacturers keep up the good work. A very satisfied customer 😀

Great scooter trike. Just like riding a real motor trike. Takes me shopping, into town, and out for a days ride about. 35miles to a full charge. Can highly recommend to anyone thinking about one.

Abbiamo acquistato lo scooter per un signore cardiopatico che purtroppo si affatica se cammina, ho visto tornare il sorriso sul suo volto. Il mezzo è davvero ben fatto e facile da usare, ne avevo valutati altri in varie sanitarie ma non erano moderni come questo, sia per l'autonomia che per la versatilità che per il design più moderno. Lo scooter è arrivato assemblato carico e pronto all'uso dentro una cassa che ha uno scivolo e permette di metterlo in strada in 2 minuti, le rifiniture sono ottime è facile da usare e da capire, il mio amico ha preso subito feeling con il mezzo. L'azienda Galox serissima, siamo stati contattati ed aggiornati passo passo ... semplicemente perfetti, davvero soddisfatti

Leider die Batterie ist sehr schlecht ! 50 Km ist leider ein Traum ! Nach zwei Jahren fast kaputt ! Und laden ist möglich ,wenn man Platz dafür hat !

Es una estupenda compra, no he tenido ningún problema con el scooter, llego en perfecto estado, y con un trato excelente. Sin embargo le faltaba un detalle, no dispone de serie de unos soportes para sujetar las muletas. y esto es muy importante para mi porque yo las necesito y como digo no dispone de ningún soporte sería un detalle que uno de los siguientes modelos de scooter dispusiera de esto. Yo le pude añadir unos que tenia de un scooter anterior acoplándolos en el soporte para el maletero. Adjunto foto. Pero salvo por este detalle es justo lo que estaba buscando y es un buen producto. No le doy un 5 por no tener soportes de serie.
