I always had my doubts about these but I’ve now used this one twice and it is very effective. It makes it so much easier to prepare a hole in the soil for planting. As far I’m concerned it was a good purchase.

Have used this toll only once so far and it performed well but you do need a strong wrist other wise it runs away with you. But all in all not a bad extra help in te garden.

First of all, why didn't I know about these sooner? I have a clay soil garden and trowel digging is a pain. A cordless drill and seconds later there is a hole ready to plant in. Seconds!The claw gloves are fantastic. Claws are only on the right hand fingers and not thumb. Easy digging and no mucky nails.There have been reviews saying to watch for the snatch when hitting stones. My drill cut out so I didn't suffer that issue. It was either the torque setting or just the drill saying no!Definitely worth the purchase!

This item arrived safe and well packaged.This auger that fits onto a drill has totally transformed my gardening. This can attach to any standard drill to help turn them into super digging machines.I've spent the last weekend in the garden, and this tool single handed turned it into an absolute breeze! I have a nice lightweight drill that I have attached this to. It sits nicely in my gardening bag so is on hand every time I need to plant up something. With just the squeeze of a trigger, this auger digs down into the soil, pushing up the excess soil as it digs. This provides a very useful little hole that is perfect for placing a plant into. This saves so much time, especially when using plug plants as it creates the exact sized hole that is needed!!The auger is very well put together with a sturdy build for even tough soil. Everything feels so durable and tough! These should last for years to come.I highly recommend this product.

I've only used the large auger and I doubt I will use the other bits. Used with an 18volt drill/driver it make planting bulbs much quicker and easier. One word of warning, the auger does occasionally jam and if you are not ready with a strong grip on the drill you could end up hurting your wrist.

This is used to make holes in earth to enable bulbs to be planted.I found the smaller auger good to plant tulip and daff bulbs as yet have not used the lager auger.

Grundsätzlich braucht man es nicht, es gibt genügend andere Möglichkeiten, Blumenzwiebeln und Jungpflanzen zu setzen.Aber hat man ohnehin einen leistungsstarken Akku-Schrauber/-Bohrer (bei mir Makita-18V-Maschinen - mit meinen 12V-Vorgängermaschinen ging es nicht so gut) dann kann man damit Werkstatt-Ausrüstung zeitsparend auch im Garten einsetzen.Es ist ein Vergnügen, damit in alten und/oder durchwurzelten Beeten zu arbeiten, Zeitersparnis mindestens 50%. In frisch angelegten, gerade tiefgründig bearbeiteten oder sehr trockenen Beeten funktioniert es nicht oder nicht so gut.SPÄTERE KORREKTUR DER EINSCHÄTZUNG: Es funktioniert auch sehr gut in frisch angelegten Beeten, zumindest wenn die Konsistenz der Erde (bei mir Mischung von lehmiger Erde mit Kompost) es zulässt - es waren über 100 Erdbeerpflanzen, die zu setzen waren: Loch etwas tiefer bohren, seitliche Erde rieselt herunter und füllt das Loch auf die ideale Tiefe ... (die 5 Punkte sind wirklich zu vergeben)Bei diesem Set ist hervorzuheben, dass es Bohrer mit 4 cm und 8 cm gibt, was realen Einsätzen gut entspricht.Die "Beigaben" sind nett und nützlich, wobei anzumerken ist, dass der Handschuhe mit Fingerschutz (wozu ist der eigentlich) nur für Rechtshänder verwendbar ist (ich bin Linkshänder).

Se anuncia que contiene 2 brocas de distintos tamaños, una de 22x4cm y otra de 30x8cm, más los guantes y las dos piezas amarillas. Los guantes se ven de calidad, con dedales de plástico en la punta para poder escarbar y sacar la tierra sobrante al taladrar. En cuanto a la broca que ha llegado, la de 30x8, se ve robusta y perfora bien la tierra de jardineras, macetas e incluso con tierras un poco compactadas. He podido incluso clavar en tierra los soportes para vallas de madera.En mi caso, resulta que solo he recibido la broca de 30x8cm con los guantes y las piezas amarillas. El servicio de atención al cliente se ha limpiado las manos indicando que debe ser problema del vendedor, pero viene en envases diferentes dentro de la caja de empaquetado de Amazon, así que debió ser error al empaquetar en el almacén.El vendedor muy amablemente ha respondido por el error de empaquetado de Amazon y ha facilitado soluciones para el remplazo de la pieza faltante.

Fonctionne mieux que ce que je pensais, même dans une terre argilo‑limoneuse assez lourde. Très satisfait du résultat pour ce type de sol.

Bon outil. Très pratique pour la terre argileuse. Très pratique. Après j'ai un doute si ça va durer dans le temps.
