The eject button wasn't working so I inserted a paperclip in the manual eject hole which worked. The other problem was that it vibrates across the table, so if you're not supervising it might just hang off the edge of the table.

It was a little difficult opening. I had to press the button several times. And if you dare unplug it without removing your disk first, it'll get stuck for a bit. This is when I had the most trouble opening. Also, it vibrates like no other.
