I bought this for just under sixty bucks, it has been an outstanding value so far. It paid for itself many times over on its first use, I repaired a Hustler mower deck with it. I have only used it on 220v but it has a 115v plug too. It has plenty of power for 1/8" 6013 and 6011 sticks. Worked great for mower deck with 3/32" 6013 rods.

This welder may be small, but it is immensely powerful. I have welded everything from aluminum to 1/2" steel with it and it does it all. It will turn down low enough to do light jobs yet goes high enough to do heavy-duty stuff. I carry it around on my shoulder with the included strap. It also includes an adapter plug to go from 110 to 220 and a medium-size generator will run it with no problems. I have a gas-powered Miller Bobcat that won't do the variety that this little thing will do.
