What juicer comes with a recipe book

It does not come with a recipe book. I was easily able to find many delicious recipes online.

How do you take out the sieve? It shows a photo but it does not pull out and feels like it might break if I pull too hard?

Yes. The instructions aren't very good. The easiest way I finally found was not to try to get the sieve out but to lift out the black piece that the sieve sits in. And the easiest way I found to do that was to lift the black piece straight up by holding it under the juice spout and under the lip (above the waste container) on the other side of the sieve. Lift out both the big black assembly and the sieve at once, then the sieve is free to be removed.

Is there a step by step video because I can't get the black part out that holds the sleeve?

Not sure what your problem is. Check Youtube. They have a short video for the item. You may find your solution by looking at the video for other juicers on Youtube.
