What are the actual dimensions? 11 x 9 x 0.2 in. doesn't seem like it can be correct.

It came in a 3" by 3" (ish) box. I don't have a tape measure handy to get exact dimensions, but it looks exactly like any typical "ring for service" type bell you've seen sitting on a counter.

It is an average size bell. Not heavy at all but does the job.

I think it's C two octaves above middle C.
