Box was a little banged up and the chocolate wasnt the freshest so the texture was harder than it whould be . Chocolate want damaged and the flavor was fine

I bought this for my husband for a special treat. He had never had the Toblerone bar when we were overseas, and this is individually wrapped squares that taste like the triangular Toblerone I remember.

Product was a huge hit with my difficult to please boss. We used this for a sales pitch to a company who mines gold and it went over spectacularly. The client thought it was creative and loved that it was an exact size replica of a gold bar. I'm told that the chocolate was also quite delicious. Would recommend this product for sure. I was so excited to see this available here on amazon.com. I lived in Europe for many years, and this was the quintessential treat I occasionally splurged on. As I am living in the US now, I asked my daughter recently to pick me up a few individual bars from the airport on her recent trip. They were as I remembered: creamy, soft, absolutely the top of the line chocolate. I decided to splurge and get a gold bar from amazon, and the chocolate is NOT the same. Not even close. It is waxy and hard, does not have the "melt in your mouth" quality of the original. It is a bit nauseating, to be honest. Obviously they change the recipe using second-rate ingredients for export. What a disappointment!!!!

I used to buy Goldkenn milk chocolate in duty free stores as well as aboard international flights back in the day when some airlines sold products on international flights. My wife loved it. Then international travel ended and I ran out of sources for Goldkenn chocolates. Not long ago I stumbled upon Goldkenn products in Amazon and gave it a try. Two boxes on international flights in the 1990s were about $100. Two from Amazon now are $60. I had a happy wife on Christmas and Valentines Day, have ordered two boxes twice. Lower price, I'm a hero, life is good.

I absolutely love this chocolate! I recently visited London and purchased a box at the airport. I was in heaven and polished off the box pretty quickly. When I received the product bought thru this seller the chocolate was not fresh and melty as expected but tasted as though its been sitting around their self for a year or so. I didnt bother with the hassle of returning it because its still decent but certainly not up to par given the cost and the reputation goldkenn has maintained
