This has been one handy umbrella for our back patio!! We have 2 patios one is smaller than the other due to a low wall and we really wanted shade back there for when the kiddos play pool... our canopy would not fit so I looked into one of these... it would work since the umbrella would be higher than the wall and the stand would not be in the way. So I ordered it!Quality is by far what I expected!! It’s really nice, really heavy duty and was easy to assemble! The height and umbrella is adjustable so this was a very good choice!!! I’m very happy with it! No need to buy 2 separate pieces... this umbrella comes with the stand!It stands well in our concrete slab, it opens wide and covers the 7x6 Concrete slab fully when open!! So the kids have shade while playing!!It opens and closes so easily!!!! Just a few cranks... you can stop it at any time if you need it to close or open just enough to shade yourself!The base, the pole and the umbrella shade is durable material and make!! I’m so happy this worked out. We live Hawaii and need all the shade from the sun as Possible especially during summer months which is when we used this most! I have been using this thought out summer without issues!! It does not fall over easily!!Based on quality, durability and worth i rate this a 5!!!! I would be surprised if someone was not happy with this gorgeous umbrella with stand!!!

Easy to assemble. Also easy to open and close. The handle starts to unwind on its own sometimes, so I use a small bungee cord to hold it in place. It is top heavy so if you didn't buy a brace then use 12 x 12 cement squares. They work perfectly

I've had this for a year now and so far so good! I am a petite person so usually I need a second person to help me move it around my yard since it is pretty long. I use it for both the pool area and for when I BBQ. It's easy to open up and close. The only thing that is a challenge is weighing it down so it doesn't tip over once it's fully opened up. I didn't want to pay lots of money for a weight so instead I got those 1 dollar L Cored Concrete blocks from Lowes and 2 of those on the back legs of this holds it down perfectly and it only costs me a whole 2 bucks! I really like the look of this even when it's closed up. I like how much coverage it gives. Great for the cost and has not fallen apart this past year of it sitting in the california sun.

Excellent price for this Umbrella which was an ease putting together I purchased at the right time. Right before the Spring season the Umbrella will surely provide adequate coverage when placed 1- on each of the 2- decks of my home. It provided ample shade but its ponderous and requires you to either install it in the ground or use sandbags. Sandbags often are not enough to hold it in place though since it catches the wind very easily. It also is made of plastic at important joints and tends to warp and bend with the wind blowing it.If you dont have wind in your area then maybe, but if you have wind I wouldnt recommend the product.

We are using this umbrella to bring more attention to our business. Its out by the street keeping the sun off of our produce. Its large enough that it covers everything all day, but easy enough to collapse down when the weather gets bad. I’m just using some (a lot) of cinder blocks to hold it down, but it is worse because it is not on perfectly level ground. I see everyone recommending the weights that are meant for it, and I would agree if it is going to be somewhere that is visible. I also noticed that it has holes in the frame so you are able to mount it into the ground, which would be a cleaner option. The umbrella makes the little stand like very nice and professional, and with the added benefit that the support is off to the side, and out of the way. It was very easy to put together, with everything, including the tool, in the box. It is a bit heavy, but it is big, and the weight seems right for the size of this umbrella. I didn’t even notice but the umbrella has the design to let heat escape the top. Its also a good color, while being a neutral color.

We have owned this umbrella for just under 2 years and it has served us well. I would say it's on par or sturdier than any other patio umbrella I've seen. There's a lot of freedom in the movement, so you can adjust for where the sun is. We did end up buying the base for it as well which also works well, though it is large. I guess it has to be to stop this mammoth umbrella from taking off.Also, I did have to contact customer service for a small issue. I'm happy to report they not only took care of the issue, but far exceeded my expectations for a timely response and resolution.I fully recommend this umbrella!

Due to recent storm, the umbrella sustained damage and unfortunately its no longer functional. I would like to request a replacement or an option to buy the entire umbrella . The base and other components are in good condition. Your assistance in providing a replacement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For the money I rate this a five star. Are there better products out there...sure, for $1400. The movement of the arm isn't all that smooth so it's a little tough for my wife to put up, but all considered this is a great product with decent quality for $200. It was also very easy to assemble. Three parts, a handful of screws, and about 10 minutes by myself.

Love the colour and quality. But the umbrella can’t be turned on the vase to move with the sun. The umbrella swings quite a lot in the wind and quite low.

Received item fairly quickly. Was easy to put together but as soon as I opened the umbrella it was clear that it alone could not hold its own weight and would start to lean to topple over. I had to buy base weights separately in order to actually have it open. I had the umbrella not even a week and only had it open twice and it just broke on its own as the parts couldnt withstand the weight of itself. It is in the process of being returned and will be purchasing a higher quality item from a different seller/manufacturer.

Super umbrella for the roof of our houseboat. It is great quality for the price.

This broke after 6 months. I cannot recommend this product. It is not made to last and cannot withstand any wind.
