O2TOTES Backpack Fit for Inogen One G5 & Rove 6, Zippered Bottom

I recently purchased this backpack for my oxygen concentrator (Inogen Rove 6), and I couldn’t be more pleased. The quality is excellent—very well made, sturdy, and clearly designed with both comfort and function in mind. What makes this purchase even more meaningful is knowing it comes from a small family business. I truly appreciate supporting a company with a story and heart behind their product. It fits my concentrator perfectly and has made mobility so much easier. This has made getting out of the house so much easier for me. I’m very grateful I found this and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtfully designed solution.

I had been using the shoulder strap bag that came with my portable concentrator. It was nice but uncomfortable for longer distances. That’s what made me look into getting a backpack for my device. After much research I decided on this bag from O2TOTES USA. Coincidentally, it is comes from/is made right in my own city. This bag is nice and has a lot going for it. My InogenOne G5 concentrator fits nicely but not too snuggly. It could be a little more snug, to be honest, but I have not found this to be a problem. There is a mesh side pocket that fits my water tumbler nicely and would also be good for an umbrella, and another side pocket that is smaller and good for keys, inhaler, meds, etc. There is also a front pocket that I haven’t found a use for yet. The waist strap is pretty much useless in my opinion but I did opt to attach and use the optional chest strap as the bottom of the bag was slightly digging into my back and adding the chest strap alleviated that. I will probably cut the waste strap off but am waiting to see if I find a use for it. There is a zipper on the right (when you’re wearing the bag) to run your nasal cannula through. This is nice but from there the line of the cannula can get into awkward positions and I am still figuring out what works for me. All in all this is a great choice if you’re using the same concentrator and are looking for a backpack for it. Hands down my concentrator does not feel as heavy to me as it does when I carry it in a shoulder strap bag.

Nice bag, rove 6 fits nicely. Padded shoulder straps are to short making it difficult to put on and take off. Using this over a jacket won't work.

I purchased this oxygen backpack for my mom a few months ago, and she absolutely loves it. It has been a wonderful upgrade from her previous backpack and looks much more stylish. The quality of this backpack is excellent. It is extremely durable and holds up well to daily use. Her Inogen oxygen machine fits perfectly. Since the machine itself is already fairly heavy, it is a big plus that this backpack does not add any extra bulk or weight. Another great benefit is the price. It is very affordable, especially considering the quality and durability of the product. Overall, I highly recommend this oxygen backpack.

I don't usually go back and write reviews, but this product is so great I felt I needed to let people know. I am on oxygen 24/7 and use the Inogen G5 for my portable. This backpack has everything you could want in a backpack; See through top panel so you can turn on, change + or - , see alerts and battery level, all without opening the top. It has a nice place to keep the tube straight on the shoulder strap. Netting in all the right places. A pocket that I can fit money, credit cards, D.L., brush, Kleenex, etc so I don't need an additional purse. Very comfortable to wear as a backpack and also just to put one strap over my shoulder and go. Somehow it makes the machine feel lighter to me. I wish I would have seen this backpack earlier. They thought of everything and I love it! Thanks!!!

Really nice bag. Perfect fit!

I purchased this backpack because it is advertised as specifically for the Inogen G5 or Rove 6 (essentially the same devices with minor updates on the Rove 6. The seller's listing specifically states several times that ONLY the G5 and Rove 6 will fit and not to try to fit other models. Upon examining the back pack I must agree that it is cut, shaped and stitched to fit the above devices and hold them safely. The Positives: The device installs from the bottom of the back pack (not the top) via a zippered flap. This makes changing the battery during use quite easy without disturbing your cannula hose setup. Importantly, there is a removable foam pad attached to the flap. It provides padding when the small battery and is removed when the larger battery is used (clever idea) The Straps: Many reviews mention that there are too many straps or the straps are too long. I count only three/four straps. There are the left and right shoulder straps and then a two-part waist strap. Personally, I couldn't find any use in using the waist straps and if not used they do flop around when putting on the back pack. The two shoulder straps do have what appears to be a great deal of unnecessary length past the adjuster. I'm a bit over six foot so I do let the straps out a good bit, still there is nearly ten inches past the adjuster that is not used. This excess length does flop around while trying to put on the back pack. I solved the problem by taping the excess flat against the rest of the shoulder strap once I finalized my most comfortable back pack positioning. There are several pockets build into the back pack. One is for a water bottle while a zippered pocket on the opposite side is a good place for small items. On the back side is a zippered opening designed for storage of the cannula. Overall quality of the backpack is good. No loose threads or badly fitting joints. The backpack is relatively light, but the fabric is heavy enough that it will last a long time. size? There is no need for the back pack to be any larger than necessary to hold the O2 Concentrator. The two side pockets are a plus without adding excess size. The back straps are adjustable enough to accommodate both a larger person or someone smaller. I've looked for negatives or things I wish they would change, but after several weeks the back pack seems incredibly well thought out and well constructed. Overall, I am very impressed and recommend it to anyone looking to spread the weight of the concentrator around a bit.
